I've been taking these for over 2 years and haven't really seen much of a different in my dry eyes.
Like: This is easy to swallow. Dislike: Not sure if it really works. Probably could have just bought fish and lutein tablets to do the same thing and at a lower cost. Using it because my eye doctor recommended this product.

These are tasteless and don’t cause burps. The only downside is that they have a very strong smell when you open the bottle. Overall it’s a good product. I’d repurchase.

It Helps, but only a Little
My doctor recommended these. They smell terrible and do leave you with that taste of fish sometimes, but they do help with eye dryness. I had just completed a full bottle when we had a family emergency. For the last month I didn't take the pills every day as suggested, but my eyes did show improvement in my dry eye workup. That is enough for me to continue to use this product. I hope I will see more improvement after taking the correct dosage on a daily basis.
