Great knife.
I love these neck knives. I've bought a few in different colors and this is the 3rd black one. I hand them out as gifts. They come sharp and their sturdy. Definitely a must have for neck knife guys. It has a pocket clip on it, but i prefer to just wear it around my neck. It's sheath holds the knife really well. It's not going anywhere. Great buy.

Master USA Tactical neck knife
So, I ordered this when it caught my eye, no particular reason. I got it figuring it would be pretty crappy quality, just because of the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. I removed the lanyard from the sheath, just because that's not my style. The sheath clip is somewhat flimsy, and the knife has some play when sheathed. It is worth noting that the sheath fits into the penny pocket in my jeans, though mine is quite large, so I can't guarantee it'd fit any of yours. That all being said, I bought this for the knife, not the sheath. The knife itself is a darker black than the photo would suggest, and the cord wrapping around the handle is a silver. I found I did have to sharpen it, which was a bit of a pain. With my smith's dfpk sharpener, the stones do not work as well on recurve blades. This knife is in fact a very slight recurve. If you use rods to sharpen it, or pocket pal type sharpeners, it should be easy. Even "normal" bench stones should be fine. The issue with smith's diamond stones is that the abrasive surface does not extend on and past the corner of the stones. When sharpening recurves, I always use the corner. I did manage to finally get it sharp with my system, though the finish along the edge is not the "mirror finish" that I am able to put on the rest of my knives. This knife is a lot of fun to just twirl around, and is solid enough for utility work. Could you defend yourself with it? Definitely. It has quickly become one of my EDC knives. I will say, that the grip took some getting used to. As at least one other reviewer noted, the grip seems most comfortable when you slot your middle finger through the hole, and grip it that way. I have gotten past that point, and now prefer to place my index finger through the loop. *WARNING* If you have large hands, like me, you may find that with your index finger through the loop, your pinky may be very close to the edge, or perhaps even on it. Overall, 5 stars for the knife, 3 and 1/2 for the sheath. Buy it, it's great for yourself or a gift for others.

Not bad for a knife for the price.
Not a bad knife. They are made in China. They probably will serve the purpose of commercial fishing as a safety knife. I will update in the fall after the season is over.

Good for the Price, Could be Worse.
For the price I can really complain, the knife itself is very light weight and thin, which hurts the hand when holding. The "paracord" wrap on the handle became undone the first time I used the knife which required retying and melting with a lighter. The knife itself came decently sharp, however is rather soft metal. I have a Milwaukee folding knife that when hit with a hammer on the dull edge produced no sign of wear, this knife however dented when hit. (Obviously most will not use this knife as a makeshift ax) but when I consider a knife for survival purposes I would like for it to be able to handle anything I throw at it. The sheath on the other hand is built well, the belt clip on the other hand is kind of a joke, when you pull the knife to remove it from the sheath, due to the tight fit of the knife in the sheath you end up pulling both when you intended to remove the knife from the sheath only. If this was all I had it would work in a pinch, however for the money $10 it could be a lot worse! Would I buy another one? Probably. Would it be the only knife I own? Heck no.

Small Precise and Easily Accessible Multi-Purpose Knife
I wasn't quiet sure what I was going to receive when ordering this knife, I mean c'mon, it's only about $7 so how good could it be? Well that was a gross understatement and the results highly exceeded my expectations. This tactical knife is a great size for multiple utility in handling many jobs, easily accessible as a boot, waist or pocket knife. A one-piece solid construction, handle heavy-duty cord wrapped, multi-use blade capability with straight edge and partially serrated edges. At 6 3/4 inches overall length allows for a great deal of flexibility in ease of use. Carried in a solid, hard plastic, molded sheath, still allows for easy access once you get the feel of the withdraw and insertion of the knife. You might have to perform a small glue job on the upper left hand corner if you find it is not fully attached. No big deal. One serious piece of advice. Regardless of the description of this knife as a 'Neck Knife,' I wouldn't even attempt it. The knife and sheath are too heavy for such a place to carry comfortably and the sheath is not really designed to securely hold the knife upside down. Having said that, this knife and sheath are excellently carried in or outside the waistband or boot. Even though the knife arrives quiet sharp, placing a surgical edge is very easy to accomplish. This Master USA knife makes an excellent backup knife for tactical needs, while at the same time is easily utilized as a good EDC tool, kept in the car, toolbox or the shed for access with all of the jobs it can easily be called upon to assist or accomplish. I highly recommend this "little," but highly functional knife based on all of the above. You can't lose for a simple $7 investment.

A thin, lightweight solid piece of metal emergency knife.
It's not a great knife, but it was also a cheap knife. The one piece of metal is certainly solid enough, even if feels thin. The nice thing about the case, is the knife stays in it, I had my doubts, but it is OK actually. The cord handle is cord, but hasn't fallen off yet. I wear this in the summer, when it is hard to carry any other knife. It has also become my official boat knife, when I take my fishing boat out. Not my fishing knife, my cut myself free if tangled knife. It is a good one to add to the collection. How can you go wrong with a cheap knife that is one piece metal, and comes with a case and neck cord.

Handle too thin- Fixed
These Master knives are very simple, stainless steel, sharp, and priced right. I have 3 and like them. The handle is too thin though. To fix this I whipped 1/8 inch nylon line (rope) tight to the handle. Just whip over the existing line or rope. This makes the handle about 1/2 inch thick which has a much better feel. Google whipping line or rope if you are not familiar with it. It is very easy to do it. And just tuck the loose ends into the handle to hide them. The sheath works well and holds the knife well. The knife is slightly on the smaller side but exactly what is wanted.

Inexpensive but decent - be aware of the sheath orientation.
The edge on mine from the factory is way off center and will need some work. It's pretty thin and the stamped edges aren't very smooth, but again this is a $6.00 knife. The handle is pretty short and your little finger will be dangerously close to the blade in a reverse grip, but it is what it is with this design. The orientation on this sheath is what I would call "left handed". Meaning if I wore it on my right hip the edged would face forward. Backwards for my original intention. It is accurately represented in the image... I just didn't catch that when I was looking. Since it is set up backwards for what I need so I'm still debating how I'll use it. But it's so thin and light I think it could find a home on the right side of my plate carrier somewhere as an option C or D kind of thing. The tip is sharp and seems fairly robust considering the overall size of blade. It's an interesting drop point, slash tanto, slash karambit-ish blade. I feel like it would poke and slash pretty well if you needed it to. And I'm pretty sure that's all this thing is intended to do.
