Best tape I have used.
When it comes to sports tape I was skeptical I could find one that I liked as they usually were not sticky enough or just did not work in general. I pulled the muscles in my thumb having it pulled back to my wrist and there is not much they can do other than hope it can heal. With nothing on it, certain movements were very painful and basically it became a severe hindrance. But THIS tape when not wrapped too tight has been perfect. It actually supports the joint and muscles most likely torn and makes it not 100% but at least a solid 90% and that is way better than expected. Easy to cut with scissors and plenty sticky enough and it repels water nicely too if it was to get wet that is. This product has completely reversed how I once thought of sports tape in general. It works plain and simple.

Immediate relief from pain
This tape was recommended by my physical therapist for my arthritic shoulder. When it is on, I feel well supported like a second set of muscles are holding my arm on. When I remove it, my arm feels heavy, painful and floppy, like it's not attached to my body. I leave the tape on for up to 3 days, then leave it off overnight to allow my skin to recover, although I have never experienced irritation, redness or itchiness from wearing the tape more than a day at a time. I'm so relieved to have something to help. I found great videos on you tube showing the best way to apply it for specific joints, muscles and areas of pain.

Great tape if you're not allergic to it
Sticks very well, can last 5 - 6 days or more (The KT band only last about 2 - 3 days for me). The pattern really helps controlling the stretch. The tape itself is also more sturdy than the KT band, it provides more support. Overall really good product! Update: I am somehow a little bit allergic to the tape, especially on my arms, might be the adhesive but I'm not sure. I've developed very bad blister on my skin at the edge of the tape. I'm not allergic to anything else (other than a mild pollen allergy in spring).
