No, it does not come with an ice pack, it's a dietary supplement of essential oil.

What temperature range does the open bottle need to be stored at?

I’m not sure. I do t think it needs to be stored in a hot place. Room temperature should be fine. For good measure, after I open mine, I keep them in the refrigerator. Hope this helps.

If you purchase this from Wellavate shipment is overnight with ice, why is this different if same product?

I have received this product for a number of years. It was recommended by my endocrinologist. The instructions have been to store in a cool, dry place. I have never had “cold” delivery but I do place them in fridge when I open them. Always the same color-don’t see anything like a temperature change in the product and never fishy. I received this all year round and quality has never changed.
