Exactly what was needed for a Dell Inspiron Laptop
This module was used to upgrade a client laptop. It replaced the 2GB module and matched the other 4GB exactly. Full onboard diagnostics as well as 24 hours of Memtest86 without error.

Works Great. Was installed in a refurbished HP EliteBook 8470p from NewEgg, to increase the RAM from 4Gb to 8Gb. Laptop discovered the added memory on power up, and the laptop is quite happy about it.

For some reason, Dell only accepts Nanya memories, so I bought two to upgrade my old Dell laptop from 4Gb to 8Gb, they work without a problem.

I was expecting new with packaging, but seemed to be bulk repackaged. Works fine, not quite as fast as I had expected from other reviews of this name brand, but does the job fine
