Very good item, does the job, helps keep my laptop cool and is even comfy to have on my lap, being able to adjust the height and angle of my laptop allows me to sit more comfy in my chair at my desk, definitely a worthy item

This thing is great, and keeps the laptop a lot cooler without it, but it's a tiny bit loud. For £15 cant go wrong with it

I gave this two stars only because it works. Having said that, when it works it works quite well. The problem is getting it to work. The issues are with the USB ports - they won't hold the cable securely and so the power drops out frequently. I have tried several different makes of cable and they all only stay in the ports with a bit of luck. I have to have the laptop on the cooling pad at an angle to be able to get the cable to stay in for any length of time. If I move it slightly, that's it. It stops. This could be a very good cooling pad if only the USB ports could be sorted out. Even the cable that's included doesn't stay in the ports. You may have better luck if you have this permanently in one place and don't move it at all, but I travel a lot and take it with me and it's not very good for that. I am the only person who uses this so I know how it has been treated, so it's not because it has been roughly used or anything, it's always with me in my hand luggage so it hasn't been ill treated at all causing anything to break. If it wasn't for the USB ports I would have no problem giving this five starts as when it works it certainly does the job and keeps the laptop cool, it just doesn't work that often.
