Buyer Beware - Tunturi appears to provide no USA customer service
The treadmill operated correctly for the first year, then started making an abnormal loud noise, which seems to be the motor fan.Two emails to Tunturi have received no response. It appears the company has no repair centers or replacement parts available in USA.

Best home tread for the price
I absolutely love this treadmill. It was incredibly easy to assemble and is exactly what I was looking for! I can feel the difference from this treadmill and the one my parents have, and this has more absorbency. It’s a simple tread, so no fan or massive digital screen but I didn’t need that. I’m very very happy with it!

Never buy a equipment from Tunturi. I bought a Elliptical machine that arrived April 10th. The machine barely lasted 5 MONTHS.The metal part where the rotating belt sits on broke and there’s nothing I can do.Amazon can’t help me with it and nobody from Tunturi replies to my e-mails. $300 to the trash!
