It does what it says in the description. The only downfall about this item, it isn't that loud for the price you have to pay. When your in a crowded place eg parties or at the club, which i purchase for the occasion it wasn't loud enough.

Made a noise. Did the job!

Had three of these for a corporate event. Added fun to a few tasks. Supplied with batteries too.

We use this on game night with our kids just to add some flare and I did have to tape some cotton on the bottom for indoor use because it's so loud but that worked great. We use it outside and at bday parties and it's always a silly ice breaker or a laugh.
