Nursing Stool - White

Yes, you could probably make your own or find a suitable alternative, but I found this easy to put together and perfectly sized for me. I keep it under my couch and it makes a complete difference in how I comfortable I am while breastfeeding (my feet do not touch the floor without it). It's not an absolute "must have," but it's a nice luxury and ordering it made me feel prepared. It doesn't take tools to put together, you just lightly hammer the pieces into place. The white shows the dirt collected from your feet pretty easily, but a quick sweep with the vacuum and it looks good as new!

I bought this as a first-time breast-feeding mom after using a similar stool in the hospital and getting frustrated while breast-feeding in a glider/ottoman combo with a newborn. I found it works best with a firm office chair rather than a glider. I also used  My Brest Friend Deluxe Pillow, Light Green  for the first couple months which also made breast feeding more comfortable for me. The stool was easy to assemble. You may want to use a mallot or a hammer covered with cloth. I broke one of the wooden pegs during assembly but it hasn't fallen apart.

When I first head about nursing stools I thought what crazy person would buy something so specific and odd. Then I went to the office of a lactation consultant and nursed my son with one of these under foot. Wow...what a differance. It offered so much support, taking pressure off my back. When I received my stool it was very easy to put together. Now, having used it for 6+ months on a daily basis it still looks new. I still think the stool is a little pricy, but it is absolutely worth the price.

LOVE this nursing stool - it is a must have for any nursery. We bought an over-sized upholstered rocker & this allows me to touch the ground without being on my tip toes. Makes nursing SO much easier when trying to get your little one positioned properly. I highly recommend!

The stool arrived quickly - on the day we brought our son home from the hospital. My husband put it together quickly. I think it took less than 10 minutes. I have been using it for the past few weeks and am happy with it. It is sturdy and serves it's purpose.

My son is almost 4 months now (wow time flies!) I used this stool with a white wicker rocking chair in his nursery. It works out great. One of my girlfriends has a rocker/glider with an ottoman, but I think having one of these would make rocking more comfortable.

My wife asked for one of these for our 2nd child. She was able to sit & rock in the chair much more comfortably than with the first. And now the kids can use it as a stool for looking out the window.

You definitely need this is if you are just starting breast feeding. The incline is perfect once you find your perfect chair. It makes the experience more comfortable. It was easy to assemble and feels sturdy.
