The food was cooked perfectly, with non of the usual spills and flare ups associated with using an open gridle. Cleaning up afterwards was so easy. I just removed the mat after the Barbeque and washed it with detergent. It is that simple.Barbeque was so easy to clean. Just a wide down to remove residual grease and splashes. Gridle remained spotless and did not need to be scrubbed down. For those of you that want to retain a clean Barbeque, just get one of these and you're sorted. The icing on the cake with this product, it that it comes with THREE mats in the box, so you can easily swap the mats over and keep you meat and vegetarian foods apart, while cooking.
