A: Hi, they are high resistance woven handles, not made of rubber. You can adjust the height of the swing and handles by placing the carabiners on a higher or lower loop. Q: Can this be installed inside a home ? if so what do I attach it to ? hooks in the ceiling ? A: Yes, sure, you can install it inside. You don't need to buy additional mounting accessories like ceiling hooks to attach it to the ceiling. You can also use an exposed beam or door frame bar. In this case no additional hooks are needed - just loop around with extension straps which are part of this set. （Mounting rig is NOT included. Must be purchased separately as required） Q: Can I use it outside? A: Sure! You can find a beautiful spot in the park and hang your yoga swing on a tree branch. If you want to use it outside all the time and keep it there daily - be aware that natural forces like wind and sun can damage yoga swing faster and color will shade with a time faster. Q: Is it suitable for kids? A: Kids usually love this yoga swing - it is so much fun for them. But it is also critical that Yoga Swing is safely hung to avoid accidents. We also recommend to explain that using the swing, your kid should hold tight and stay aware of surroundings all the time. I highly recommend putting a thick mat underneath it if you are using over concrete. Your child will want to flip around in it / and the matt will protect them while they get the hang of it. Have fun and enjoy your yoga swing! Review: We love it! - We absolutely love it! My kids are on it all day long. It hold so well. And even I do a lot of upside down hanging. Best thing I ever got. Review: Melk Tem Yoga Trapeze - Great colour, looks good. Thats where it ends. The fabric is not slick enough to enable use. I could not slide into the Yoga moves & positions as the fabric stops me.
