**Q: Is there holes underneath?**
A: No it is not a drainer.

**Q: What are the dimensions of this item? bottom diameter, top diameter, and inner diameter? Is it strait up and down?**
A: Hi Steven.  This pot is 4.12 inches in diameter and 4.75" high.    It is straight up and down and holds 1.25 qts.   I bought it for my Son for home use although he has exactly the same in the restaurant he runs.   I haven't seen it as bought over the internet as I live in the UK and he is in the USA.     He reckons its good value and when I bought it was actually more expensive, so think I would recommend it as very good value for money.   Hope that helps.

**Q: Can I bake in this?  I am looking to replace my old coffee cans for baking bread.**
A: The direct purpose of this pan is different, but I think it can also be used for baking, since the pan is made of high-quality stainless steel.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I always wanted one of these for blender jar

I always thought one of these would be so great for a blender jar (using a wand blender) and I was right. Wider at the bottom than the plastic ones that have come with some of my blenders, it is really easy to instantly clean, also to scoop food out, and put in the fridge knowing plastic won't leach into the foods. If it came with a lid at no extra cost, I'd probably have a number of these, as I blend a lot of my foods - it would be so convenient. But I didn't find that. And this is a perfect size for blending, so I'm not going to look at other sizes. I did consider if it would also be appropriate to use stovetop inside a pan of boiling water, to keep one food separate from another, or apply gentle heat, but it is NOT suitable for this use. The flat bottom means bubbles from the bottom of the pan can form under it and topple it over. Fortunately, I bought something else that I saw when looking at the marie bain pots - rounded on the bottom and with wires and handle allowing it to be placed on the rim of the pot on the stove and it fits this job perfectly.The Marie Bain pot is great for blending and then straight to serving or putting in the fridge.
