The pen uses liquid ink, not gel, so if you're looking for a water resistant pen this is not an ideal pen for you (gel pens are more water resistant). **Q: Can you remove the color, and grave copper with the Rollerpen it self without color, is he strong enough for embossing?** A: I don’t think it’s designed for that use **Q: What is the difference between R5 and R7?** A: R5 is an extra fine tip and R7 is a fine tip **Q: is the word "Japan" stamped on the back of this pen?** A: YES ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 10/10 Hands Down The Best *by A***R on September 6, 2026* Hands down some of the best pens I’ve ever owned! These pens are nothing short of a game-changer for anyone who values a great writing experience. The first thing you’ll notice is how incredibly smooth they are to write with. Highly recommended for any pen enthusiast or anyone simply tired of subpar office supplies! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Everyday Pen *by M***S on February 5, 2026* This is my favorite everyday pen. The point is fine, but not too fine as to make it fragile or unreadable. The roller ball is nice and smooth and the metal clip is durable, so fidgeting with it is not going to easily break it off. The ink dries very quickly, so the risk of smearing during writing is extremely low. This is perfect for notes, writing, even signing receipts. The value in this pack is great, you get a lot of pens for the price point, so if you lose some or ever give them to people, it's not too expensive to get more. There are lots of way nicer or smoother pens, sure. But for using every day and carrying around with me, the Pilot Precise V5 is my favorite. ## Frequently Bought Together - Pilot, Precise V5 RT Refillable & Retractable Rolling Ball Pens, Extra Fine Point 0.5 mm, Black, Pack of 12 - Pilot, Precise V5 RT Refillable & Retractable Rolling Ball Pens, Extra Fine Point 0.5 mm, Blue, Pack of 12 - Pilot, Precise V5 RT Refillable & Retractable Liquid Ink Rolling Ball Pens, Extra Fine Point (0.5 mm) Assorted Ink Colors, Pack of 7 --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/1406764-pilot-precise-v5-rt-retractable-rollerball-pens-0-5mm-black](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/1406764-pilot-precise-v5-rt-retractable-rollerball-pens-0-5mm-black) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
