## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are there any reviews on this product?**
A: We purchased one last year.  Live in north Idaho.  Great product.  Harder to put together than anticipated.  Suppose to be snow bearing but we had a lot of heavy snow and there might be some panels to fix.   Panels are plastic.   It gets super hot inside.  One vent but you can also open the door to cool it down I suggest you buy the base. Extra money but worth getting it perfectly level.  I would buy it again since it's a value for the price product.

**Q: Does this greenhouse have a guttering system that makes rainwater collection possible?**
A: no, it does not have a gutter system

**Q: How do you get water inside? Drill a hole in the base and push the hose through it?**
A: Please do not drill a hole in any part of the greenhouse as it will void the warranty. The safest way to get a water hose to be permanently available in your greenhouse is to build a hose spigot that goes underneath the base and reemerges into the greenhouse.

**Q: wire that goes over the top to keep from blowing away  How to do it?**
A: No wire over the top received. We did receive 9 (74 inch long) braided metal cables with loops on each end, 9 pairs of 3 inch screws, and 9 metal angle 5” x 3” hooks with our 8x20 greenhouse. They are tensioning wires that go inside, left to right, with the hooks pulling each wire up towards the ceiling, in the middle (they are not plant holder wires, like we might assume, by looking at the ad pages). To install, they have you remove the inside pin from the top of the R2 bars (the bars that pitched): its the row just below the vent window panels row. I pulled an angle iron out of the wooden holder and used a pair of vice grips to hold the insertion angle iron, so it would be strong enough to pull the pins out. The cabling loop easily slips through the frame. I was able to grab/pull the loop into place over the empty pin hole, with a small screwdriver. Its a little tricky screwing the 3” screw in, getting it aligned so it passes thru the ‘pinless’  hole on the outside side of the R2 support bar - if the screw starts spinning near the end, you have missed the far side hole, so back out a bit, re-align and try again. The hard part is pushing the center of the cabling high enough (after attaching both sides) to slip the hook into place. I found it was easier to remove the ceiling bar pin that was in the way,  lift/push the hook into place, and then replace the ceiling pin. Then you need to look over the outside framing to make sure all panel framing is still locked in place. Once completed, you have quite a solid greenhouse structure.
