I own 995D+ EVO model and it does not give me the option Celsius option! why?

It conked of the day we bought .. so don’t know !!

It isn't holding the temperature very well. i solder one little ic pin, and then the solder won't melt on the next one for a minute. any ideas?

Maybe look in the fortune cookie for the answer ? LOL Don’t buy Chinese junk and you won’t have this problem. This listing does not advertise the wattage of the iron - low wattage = the problem you’re having. This product looks cool, but you’ll get way better results with a good old fashioned 30 watt pencil tip soldering iron that can be had for $10-15. Cold solder joints where the solder balls up rather than flows are not acceptable.

Does the yihua 995d+ evo come with hot air nozzles? i can't see information anywhere

Mine came with a hot air nozzle and tips as well as the soldering iron and tips just as in the picture. Hope that helps

Does the 995+ show both the set temperature and the actual temperature like the 995+evo version? if not how to see both of theses settings?

Yes as far a when its heating up and then it shows the set temperature. When the station goes into sleep mode it shows that its holding the temp in the 200 C. range. Both the soldering and reflow show this mode on mine.
