Kinesiology Tape - Sports Tape strapping offers support and pain relief plus rapid recovery

This product has a little bit of elasticity and a swivel pattern on the stick side of it. This is how It is able to gently lengthen and tone a sore muscle. I LOVE IT! it's so brilliant. I think it can help heal a sports injury in less than half the time. I used it for three different muscles in the past week. One of which was really causing me pain in my sartoris muscle from my inner thigh. Using the tape helped bring these muscles back to health.

For the pain and recovery is excelent, but in the exercise, with the sweat doesn't work. I do jiu jitsu and its peeled.

This tape is flimsy ,offers inferior support and is hard to work with. Don't be fooled by the price, you get what you pay for. The little extra money you pay for Kinsio Tex is well worth it. I need it for Plantar Faciitis maybe for other applications this tape,s fine.

Doesn't stay on very well.

Love it. It helped my hand with support and healing. Only wish it wasnt blue.

I've been looking for some really good tape for close to 2 yrs. This is it. I tried three other major brands. They gave up. I used this tape, and it stayed on, as well as maintaining it's elastic strength. Poetic Health fulfilled all its promises. Tom S.

Good stretch but poor stick

No relief of pain. It held on to the skin for 3 days. Had better luck with rocktape from PT.
