After disappearing for a while due to a change in distributors these classic blades are back with a new look but same great shave!

Tied with Feathers as the best I've tried
I'm still fairly new at DE razor shaving, but these blades are in tie with Feathers as the best I've used. I'm using an Edwin Jagger DE89, and these blades give a mild but close shave. Perhaps it's a function of the (supposedly, since I haven't tried multiple razors yet) non-aggresive nature of the DE89, but I get a close, comfortable shave without irruption, nicks, or cuts.I tend to alternate these with the Feathers, and I can't make up my mind as to which I prefer. The Feathers do live up to their reputation as wicked sharp, perhaps just a touch sharper than the Polsilvers, but the Polsilvers are really smooth.After trying this sample pack, I bought 100 of the Polsilvers, so that says what I really think of these! You could criticize the price, I suppose, but it's so much cheaper than $5 razor cartridges that who really cares?Update: I've decided that, for me, these beat Feathers. Sharpness is basically a draw, with perhaps a very small advantage to Feather, but the Polsilver gives a close shave with no irritation, and seems to last a bit longer. YMMV, but so far, these are the best overall blades I've used.

Good blades, but I didn’t see a marked difference in sharpness.
They’re pretty good. I bought a small package based on the reviews talking about their sharpness. They don’t seem any sharper than the Astra blades I’ve been using for years. That said, the Astras are made by Gillette, and that company isn’t getting any more of my money.I’ll finish out this box and keep looking.

This is a very good blade and definitely worth a try
This is a very good blade and definitely worth a try. It is sharper than a Wilkinson, but not as unforgiving as a Feather. If you want a sharp blade that doesn't punish you for every mistake, give this one a try.
