Don't see much difference. Maybe I'd go for the 45minutes mud.

I wanted to wait before writing a review hoping to see some sort of change. I don't need to lose weight, I regularly exercise and I stick to a rather strict nutrition plan. However I've got some cellulite on my hips and water retention on my legs. I could feel the burning sensation while using it and I thought it was working. However that quickly goes away after the treatment. I haven't noticed any particular difference in my skin texture and body shape so far. Perhaps 15 minutes it's not enough and I shall try their signature 45 minutes mud. I'm not buying it again, but I might try the night cream or the 45min mud next time.

Premetto che uso i fanghi Guam da anni e mi sono sempre trovata bene, è la prima volta che provo questo prodotto ad azione urto. Devo dire che sono molto soddisfatta e li consiglio. Già dalla prima applicazione la pelle è più liscia e bella ed è piacevole la sensazione che rimane dopo il trattamento. Da tenere in posa solo 15 minuti, quindi pratico e veloce per chi ha poco tempo per prendersi cura di sé, produce calore durante la seduta ma assolutamente sopportabile. Dopo il risciacquo la pelle appare di un leggero rossore che scompare brevemente ed è semplicemente il segno che il prodotto ha funzionato. Sicuramente, per lo meno a livello visivo sì, aiuta a perdere qualche cm nella circonferenza coscia, glutei e fianchi.

Ottimo ma attenzione al caldo

Nulla da dire sull’ efficacia dei prodotti Guam… lasciano la pelle subito liscia e levigata e ho sempre notato benefici snellenti. Attenzione solo a questo specifico prodotto se siete poco tolleranti al caldo poiché io ho fortissimi problemi di sopportazione. Brucia un pochino.
