Our toilet flush and water inlet valves have been in our toilet cistern for over 12 years. Both have recently decided to give up the ghost so I replaced the water inlet valve last week. That was simple but took around 30 minutes. This flush valve is an updated item to the one that was originally supplied with the toilet when it was installed many years ago so I bought this replacement hoping that the fitting would take the new part, and thankfully it did! Amazing… So the item arrived. I unpacked it, took it to the bathroom, unscrewed the flush push button, removed the cistern lid, turned off the water supply, flushed the loo, twisted out the old flush valve, set the height of the new valve to equal the old, cut down the overflow pipe to match the old, twisted the new flush valve into the base fitting, turned on the water, replaced the cistern lid and screwed on the flush push button. Took less than 3 minutes and job done. Really could not have been simpler. Excellent product design and great to know that the base fitting for this brand is unchanged in over 12 years. 10/10 for the brand and the item. Item arrived quickly (under 24 hours from ordering) and was well boxed with all the correct fittings. Very happy with the company too.
