They are not. You can definitely get cheaper at this quality or get better quality for the money and had I realised I would have gone for something cheaper, but the quality is good & find for what I need them for (dog walking). ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great carabiniers for no climbing uses *by C***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 7 October 2019* Used to attach various things to a backpack, great product, did not stress tested it to 12kN but are perfectly ok for an oversized keychain or a means of attaching random stuff to the back of a backpack, rucksack, full size carabiners ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ A bargain! *by W***N on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 6 September 2018* Right, firstly it’s not a climbing carabiner but that’s not what I bought it for. They’re extremely light and more than strong enough for my hammock tree straps. Worked a treat. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - 🛒 **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** — Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** — Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - 💰 **No Hidden Fees** — All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - 🔄 **15-Day Free Returns** — Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - 🔒 **Secure Payments** — Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** — Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/140149982-outmate-carabiner-clip-12kn-aluminium-alloy-carabiners-heavy-duty-clips](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/140149982-outmate-carabiner-clip-12kn-aluminium-alloy-carabiners-heavy-duty-clips) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-01*
