I am mostly going on what I have read for the benefits but I feel good about this supplements benefits. I am 66 and going strong so something is working. I love the sample tea and when I use up my other jiaogulan I will definitely order this tea from AUM. I don't like tea and I can drink this tea without even any Truvia.

Well, I love this Jiaogulan - I'm now taking it every day and I feel energetic. It truly seems to balance the mind and body as a true adaptogen and I will continue ordering this. I always wanted to go vegan and with this jiaogulan I feel that I can do it pretty much with ease and it must be because I'm feeling less stress and more balanced. Anyway it is getting 5 stars because it is a quality product. The tea is a great plus!! Love it!

I have found that his product lives up to the hype it puts out and does provide many benefits. My energy levels are better and joint pain much less with this herb.
