I’m absolutely delighted with this beautiful kettle. It looks far more expensive than it is, with a stylish vintage/ retro design that looks great in my kitchen. The build quality feels solid and well made, and the large capacity is perfect for making multiple cups of tea without constantly refilling it. The ergonomic handle is comfortable to use, and the push-button spout makes pouring easy and safe. The whistle is loud enough to hear from another room, which is really handy when I'm busy around the house.It heats water quickly on my hob and has become a real everyday favourite. The included heat-resistant mitt is a thoughtful extra too. Overall, this is an attractive, practical, and reliable kettle that offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended!

This kettle looks lovely and feels well made. The 3L size is great for making a few cups at once, and it works perfectly on my induction hob.The whistle is loud enough to hear when the water is ready, and the handle is comfortable to use. The little silicone mitt is a nice bonus too.In all, it’s a good looking and practical kettle. Great value for money and would definitely recommend.

After reading the reviews on here about the whistle, was in two minds. But took the plunge anyway, especially with 20% on a Prime Day deal. Kettle looks and feels great. Yes it does get hot, but so does anything put on a stove! I can pick it up and pour without burning myself, so all good. First attempt, it did not whistle at all! Thought 'on no it's got t go back'. Cooled down and I put my lips to the top side of the whistle and sucked in air - it whistled just fine! So tried again, this time I pushed the lid down nice and tight, so the edges are flush with the kettle. It worked just fine! Okay, I've heard louder whistles on a kettle before but as this is for use on a gas hob aboard a sailing boat, it's just right for my needs. Looks great on the stove. I think the trick for those who complain about discolouration etc, don't have flame licking up the sides! I used on medium and small gas rings and no problemo. Would have given 5 stars but nothing is ever perfect so 4's as close as you get ;-)

​This kettle looks great in black on the stove and feels very solid. The 5-layer bottom heats up water remarkably fast on an induction hob, and the loud whistle is impossible to miss from another room. The push-button pour mechanism works smoothly, and the handle stays cool to the touch. A quality kettle that does exactly what you need it to do!

Sturdy, well made, with a great whistle, and it looks fantastic — like going back in time, but in a good way. I’m sick of being stuck when the latest electric kettle gives up the ghost; they seem to last about two years, however cheap or expensive they were.I don’t normally use a stovetop kettle apart from the occasional use in the winter on top of the wood burner where it looks amazing. It’s great and well worth the money. I’ve spent more on kettles and got much worse-looking products that were nowhere near as good value.The lid fits well though I do sometimes use the spout to fill the kettle up.

I give it one star because I like the look of it. We brought the kettle October 2025 so I've had it eight months. About two weeks ago it stop whistling. This morning I poured water out of the kettle shut the none existent whistling part and it broke completely off. It was £32 so not cheep. Also the handle does get extremely hot. I would not recommend it.

The kettle is beautiful, i Absolutely love it, the whistling part functions so well. I love that i can always know when my water boils without being there. The kettle is nice and beautiful, great value for money.

Good strong kettle very stylish and loud whistle. Come with gloves. The black bit of the handle is ok to hold but the gold is hot . Make sure you boil the kettle first empty and redo it again before use. Very happy with this 🙏🏾🎉

Der Pfeifkessel ist super vom Design. Funktioniert gut, der Pfeifton ist sehr Laut was super ist. Der Kessel selbst ist leider auch sehr laut beim Wasser erhitzen. Aber alles zusammen ein gutes Produkt für einen guten Preis.

Works perfekt and looks nice

Diesen Wasserkessel kann man bei richtig geschlossenen Deckel, ohne jegliches Risiko einer Verbrennung, am Griff anheben um das kochende Wasser auszugießen. Die Dampfpfeife ist laut genug um gehört zu werden. Da man die Dampfpfeife mit einem Druckknopf vom Ausgießer abheben kann, besteht auch dort kein Verbrühungsrisiko.Optisch macht der Kessel einiges her. Dieser Kessel lässt sich gut abwischen. Natürlich gilt das "Nichtverbrühungs- und Verbrennungsrisiko" bei normalen, sachlichen Umgang.

Wir sind zu Haus vom Wasserkocher wieder auf den Kessel umgestiegen. Dafür habe ich einen Kessel gesucht,der optisch hübsch ist,aber nicht so empfindlich,was Wasserflecken oder Fingerabdrücke angeht. Und er ist wirklich toll. Wenn das Wasser kocht,hört es definitiv jeder im Haus. Er flötet recht laut vor sich hin. Optisch sehr hübsch und er muss auch nicht nach jedem Gebrauch geputzt werden. Klare Kaufempfehlung !
