Ergonomic Kneeling Chair, Height Adjustable Office Chair with an Angled Seat and Casters for Home, Meditation Chair

I ordered the chair to try to ease the pressure for my shoulder and back because I spend average 7 to 8 hours in front of computer a day due to my job. After receiving the chair, I quickly try to assemble it by following the easy-understanding instructions. Before it's completely assembled, I was trying the cushions out by placing it on the floor. The quality of Faux Leather is better than I imaged. Not like some of the office faux leather chairs, hard and crisp. The faux leather was nice and comfy, and the thickness of the cushions is perfect. At the last part of assembly, one tiny screw does not fit in well with another connecting metal part ( the key connection holds the entire chair), which made me really sad that I can't use the chair right away. So I contacted the seller via email. The response was quick and polite. The attitude of trying to help me solve the issue was very pleasant. In stead of mailing me that particular connecting part, the seller decided to ship me another brand new chair in stead of just mailing me the parts. Due to COVID-19, shipments from manufacture might be delayed significantly. So they decided to ship the product to me from the warehouse close by my location to shorten the wait time. Things happen sometimes, but it's the service attitude that made me decide to give them the five stars!

I have a very weak lower back and plagued with on and off issues. With work from home struggled with ergonomics and constant hunching aggravated my back. I sit in this chair at least 50% of my day. I feel like it’s strengthening my lower back. Eventually will get to all day use. Three adjustments for height, done at time of assembly. I’m 5’5” with desk with keyboard tray and middle setting worked perfect. Pad for knees is very comfortable. Assembly directions (just) pics a bit confusing but figured it out and assembly was easy once we figured out what went where.

I love the item and it really saves my back!

The chair came well packaged. It was easy to assemble and took no more than 15 minutes. So far it is comfortable and and I am glad I purchased it for my posture support group. It definitely takes pressure off of my back and is overall the best chair for my back. It does put a little more pressure on my lower legs than I like, but that only is an issue if I try sitting for too long. As long as I take a break every hour or so, it isn't really an issue.

The kneeling chair was a college purchase for a dorm. Unfortunately, the time to assemble, bring to our student at college, let him try it out for a of couple weeks and pick it up from his college dorm for return extended just past 30 days. We are now stuck with this chair that is not ergonomically suitable for a 6'-0" (or smaller) person sitting at a typical desk height. The overall sitting height is far too low causing an awkward placement of elbows on the desk and a squatting feel. The angles of the padded seat and knee rest don't allow a shift of weight forward but actually promote a slouching sitting position - not comfortable. The quality of this product is also vulnerable - most noticeable when you place unequal weight on the knee rest to stand up and the pad twists slightly. Hopefully, there are better versions of this product available but we won't be rolling the dice again. Avoid this product.

I find the chair comfortable and it does seem to help with my lower back pain. [I am 5'7" / 170 cm tall.] It also forces me to sit upright (not slouch) which I also like. It was a slightly challenging to assemble since the directions were pictograms, but it is not a terribly complicated piece of hardware so I did get it assembled correctly.

All the parts are trash. It's setting default is way to high. No need for the adjustment. At lowest setting it's too high. I've owned three different brands of this type of chair, this is by far the worst one. Very disappointed.
