If an engine block is aluminum then will these be effective?

Thank you for your inquiry.  Yes, although the block may be aluminum, the pistons and piston casings are still steel.  Aluminum can't hold up to that much heat and friction.  Have a good one!

Can I install the magnet on the filter Wrangler 2016?

Possibly.  We would need a measurement of the filter housing.  If the diameter of the housing is 2.5" - 2.8", you would need the SS250.  If between 2.9" - 3.4" you would need the SS300, and between 3.5" - 4", you would need the SS365.  Most housings are made of aluminum or plastic.  To keep the FilterMag on the housing, we will provide you with a stainless steel band clamp, but please make sure to let us know in your order notes that you require one as they are not part of our normal packaging.  When it comes time to change your oil, leave your FilterMag in place, remove the filter element, wipe away the collected wear particles within the housing with a damp cloth, insert a new filter, and be on your way.

Hello Mohannad.  Your Lexus uses an insertable cartridge filter.  We would need to know the outside diameter of the filter housing itself to determine the correct size of FilterMag for your vehicle.  Unfortunately, we do not have a database for these measurements, so you would have to take them yourself.  If the diameter of the housing is between 2.5" - 2.8" you would need the SS250PR.  If between 2.9" - 3.4" you would need the SS300PR.  If between 3.5" - 4.0" you would need the SS365PR.  Once you have determined the diameter, you would then need a band clamp to secure them to your filter housing.  Please make sure to notate that you need the band clamps in your order as they do not come as part of standard packaging.  Thank you!
