It's something you don't know you need, until you have it.
Ok, I'll keep this short. I love camping, but I can't sleep if I'm hot. For some years I avoided camping during summer because of the heat, mostly at night. Until I bought this fan. Then everything changed for good. I tried other fans before, battery powered fans that didn't last long or didn't threw enough air for cool my big body. Well, the first time I bought this one I tested it before deciding to keep it and it lasted on the highest setting for about 7 hours or so, which was enough for me for a full night. Thankfully I usually keep it at the medium or low speed and that's enough thanks to the fat blades it has, and it last a couple of nights of battery power. There are other fans out there, probably even sturdier than this one, but this one is the perfect balance between size, power and battery life. You can hang it on your tent and sleep cool all night long. I even use it on my night stand and use it to keep me cool without The Wife getting too cold if I keep the whole A/C on during the night, sometimes I also use it under my desk to keep my legs cool when I work from home, I also carry it when having a barbecue or any outdoor event. So, please buy it, you won't regret it. It even has an integrated light, which I don't usually use but it's good to have around when you wake up at night at the tent. This is the second time I buy it because the first one I bought broke after it fell from my backpack and landed on the concrete, but that other one lasted me for about 3 years or so. Nice little fan!

Compact, multi-functional...and works great!
The Reenuo fan is an impressive little product. It's marketed as a "camping" fan, which certainly makes sense. It's small and light weight, which means it would be easy to pack in and out of a campsite. The fan has settings for multiple speeds and provides a surprisingly strong air-flow for its size, a built-in LED with 3 brightness settings (which will provide plenty of light for anything you might need to do in your tent after dark), a hanging hook (which folds flat into the base) so you can set the fan on a flat surface or suspend it from an overhead support if desired. The fan housing, itself, can rotate 360 degrees on both the horizontal and vertical axis, allowing you to aim the airflow exactly where you want it. Though it is marketed as a camping fan, I actually bought to add to a post-hurricane emergency kit for use in any power outage situation. Luckily, I haven't had to use it in that kind of scenario yet but I'm confident that it would perform well and be a welcome piece of equipment in an emergency of that sort. One thing, specifically, that supports that expectation is that the two rechargeable (and easily accessed and replaceable) 18650 lithium batteries that the unit includes are still showing a nearly full charge 6 months after the fan was added to the emergency prep kit. That's some pretty impressive storage performance and means a high likely hood that the fan will still work if a power outage catches you off-guard and you didn't have a chance to prepare by charging up all your batteries to max beforehand.

Great little fan
I got this fan to go in my chicken coop to help keep my girls cool, and its been working out great! I used some heavy duty velcro to attach it to the top of the coop, which allows me to easily take it down and charge it. (It does have a really nice hanger, but I didn't have a place to hang it from in my coop which is why I went with the velcro.) I tend to turn the fan on medium in the evening to help get some fresh air in the coop before the girls roost for the night. I leave it running and its usually still going when I check on everyone in the morning. I only gave 4 stars for battery life as it doesn't stay on for the 40 hours straight that was advertised even on the low setting, but considering that its just a couple small batteries, the 16 or so hours it does stay on is really awesome! I love that the fan itself has a HUGE range of motion so I can direct it anywhere I want. Plus its stiff enough to hold position even if bumped a bit. I did find that it fell off the velcro one morning (NOT an issue with the product itself as I added the velcro) and was roosted on by one of my chickens but it was completely fine with no damage! Its also pretty quiet and didn't scare the girls when I first installed it. While I don't need the LED lights for my application, I will say they are VERY bright on the brightest setting, and if used for camping or something would be a great tent light! All in all, very pleased and highly recommend.

Wanting a remote while remote in Alaska
Reviewing from Alaska, I've used this mostly to get some air circulation in the tent while camping on weekends. We've had a really mild summer so far (50s and 60s with the odd 70s day temps) so I've found it most beneficial when I need to cool off while/after pitching camp. Pros: + The battery lasts a long time. I don't know if it meets the stated times but it's longer than I've need so far in overnight camping. + It is small and light and easy to lose in all the camping gear. + It moves a good amount of air. The second setting is great for when I'm trying to get a fire started and general use in the tent. + It is pretty silent until you get to the highest setting and even then it isn't loud. + The built-in folding hook makes it easy to hang from the center hook in my tent or folds into the base to set on a desk/table. Cons: - I wish it came with a remote or some tactile difference between the FAN and LED buttons. Or better yet, a button for the light and a dial for the fan. - It uses a micro USB connection to charge in an era where everything else is USB C or fruity hold-out's connection. - It's a bit bulky. I would have really appreciated if the fan holding arms were straight and collapsed into a flatter package or could roll/tuck the base into the fan assembly. It takes up about as much space as my compressible sleeping bag does in pack/trunk. Meh: ~ The rubber feet are standard stick on so expect to replace one or two when they get rubbed off in packing. ~ The lowest fan setting can hardly be felt a couple of feet away (which is why I mentioned starting the fire with the medium setting). ~ I have knocked the folding hook loose from the base a couple of times but it snapped right back in. ~ The lowest setting of the light maybe work as a night light (though this hasn't been an issue during Alaska's summer "nights"). Even at its highest everything else I carry which has a light, including power banks, has a brighter light. It's small enough that I plan to bring it with me when I travel. May update it in a few weeks after I come back.

Phenomenal Little Fan That Packs a BIG Punch!
My wife and I are wanting to car camp in our Honda Element and are compiling things that would be helpful to that end. We bought this fan based on the overall ratings and the stated length of time the battery would last. We always have a fan on year round in the bedroom and like the moving air. Whether you are camping in a tent or a car, air movement can be a challenge at times. With this little fan, it won't be an issue whatsoever. It has 3 speeds, and honestly the top speed probably would never get used...unless you needed a rapid cool down after hiking or something like that....it's THAT powerful. The fact that it also has a 3-level LED light setting is just icing on the cake. We haven't used it yet in a camping scenario. It does come with a charge (not sure how much), but we will fully charge it and then test it so we can compare against the stated run time at each level (low, med, high). As I said, High speed is pretty high, so medium would be probably what we would leave it on all night...and if it can hit the stated 9-hour battery life, that is way more than we would need...and then just charge it during the day when we are outside the car/tent, etc. We will update this review in the future. *UPDATE: I fully charged overnight and this morning I set the fan on medium setting and didn't touch it. It lasted for 12 hours...much longer than the stated 9 hour run-time the medium setting stated. Perhaps that was with the light on as well? Not sure, but I'm very impressed with this fan.

Best Portable Fan Out There
This fan is absolutely wonderful. It can hang almost anywhere. It can rotate in nearly every direction. It has three speeds. The highest speed is rarely even necessary. It's so quiet, you'll forget it's running. The light is also very helpful and powerful. The battery lasts for many hours from a full charge. It is quick and easy to recharge. I can't imagine there's a better portable fan than this.

Really Nice Mini Fan
It works perfectly for what I needed it for. I am using it to hook on my canopy bed to cool the inside down. It would be great for camping too, or as a desk fan. It seems pretty durable to me. It can swivel in all different directions. It has three fan speeds. I leave mine on the highest, and it cools down my area surprisingly well for such a small fan. It has LED lights on the inside, which I don't personally use, but they are bright. They have three brightness settings. This fan is especially nice because it comes with two cotton pads you can snap in the back. I put lavender essential oils in it, but if you were camping maybe you could put mosquito repellent like the description says. This is a rechargeable fan, and so far the battery seems to hold a charge well. I've had it running for a couple hours straight out of the box. It did come with a little cord for recharging. A possible downside is that it's a tad bit noisy. It doesn't bother me though. Plus, the little cloud animation on the front is cute. Overall a great mini fan. I would buy this again.

Stick with the larger size fan
I bought the larger version of this fan over a year ago and it’s been outstanding. Quiet powerful and long battery life. This small version unfortunately isn’t as good as the larger one. The small sub 1inch blades run at high speed even on low producing a whine unlike a normal fan sound. Overall the the fan volume is low and gives off an annoying sound. For the money stick with the larger version you will be a lot happier.

The fan design and efficiency were good; but stopped working after three days
Bought the fan with much expectations and met with the same for three days- after that it stopped working. However, seller was prompt in accepting the return and refunding the amount though I could not enjoy the product. Fan size is smaller than expected though dimensions are given in the product page. However, fan speed is good to get the required comfort.

Great for camping
Worked like a charm, nice and quiet, great light. The three settings were perfect for both the light and the fan

Super Fan
I used it for 7 hours continusly then I stopped it as I had to leave. The fan worker smothly for 7 hours with constant speed, at lowest speed sound is negligible. I would recommend it 👌
