Sprouts very fast!
Excellent quality. Clean. No stones, sand, or shrivelled beans like in other companies. You can tell these are fresh because after 8 hour soak they will sprout. In winter I sprout them in Insantpot on yogurt setting. Sprouts overnight

prouts quickly
These small seeds sprout quickly in just a day or so. There is ample supply in the bag for the cost, so this is a very good purchase. I let mine just grow for a few days and then used them in salads and sauted with other veggies. They have a very good nutty flavor and terrific crunch. I will be buying more of these in the future. Good for snacking too in the kitchen while cooking.

Different and delicious
This is my first time cooking small moong peas. I found the taste 'different', 'more Indian' than the larger mung peas. They have a bitter taste which I toned down with Umami and honey for my curry (no soaking). Most recently I've used 6 ounces of split chickpeas to 6 ounces (need soaking) of these 'bitter' beans - works like a charm. They are very clean (much appreciated). I will definitely order again.

Great option for fresh bean sprouts
Where we live we don't have a lot of chances to get fresh bean sprouts, so I decided to try growing our own. These beans have worked great so far. High germination rates. They grow to mature bean sprouts within about 5 days.

Beans too small
These beans sprout very well, but they are just too small. The sprouts are not near as large as what you see in restaurants or grocery stores. I will try another brand next time.
