I don't write a lot of reviews but this duvet is review worthy!! The thickness of the Tencel, it is the thickest softest tencel/Lyocell fabric I have ever seen. Tencel is the only fabric I use now for all my families sheets, pillow cases and duvets. Everyone in my family is chemical sensitive. Cotton is to harsh after sleeping on Tencel and to loaded with chemicals (even organic cotton has chemicals, lots of them). This duvet had NO chemical smells even before it was washed and hung to dry. But the only way to really tell is as soon as you sleep under it, you know, NO CHEMICALS, no reactions of any kind. I have purchased many sets of Tencel-Lyocell linens now and many different brands of Tencel, this brand stands way out, it is pure lux and quality. The workmanship of the duvet is something you don't see very often, there are ties to keep the comforter in, beautiful buttons at the bottom that are perfectly spaced so there are no large gaps (I prefer buttons to zippers as the zippers do not look as nice and do not hang on the bed as nice and if something happens to the zipper, it has to be totally replaced vs sewing a button back on) so your comforter does not show or come out, there is also a closure flap under the button's and a cloth tab sewn in to tell you which end is the bottom left. The seams are perfectly straight and beautifully sewn. The color is a soft pearly white, not a shocking white but not an off white. Perfection. The finish of the fabric has soft rich sheen to it. There was 100% attention to detail. It looks like it cost 3 times the amount paid. All of this is great but the bottom line is, sleeping under this duvet. It is pure heaven for every member of the family. I just put it on the bed in the master bedroom and didn't say a word. EVERYONE commented on it, laid on it. Wanted it in their rooms. That is the highest compliment I can give this duvet as I have very picky people, that know what they like and don't like in the linens department, every my little Toy Fox Terrier (pictured). First and foremost I love how this company is willing to help with people in need by taking donations for your old sheets, also when they cut the eucalyptus trees they plant another. Plus they grow super fast like 60% of their growth is established in the first 10 years. Which is more sustainable. But on the note of this duvet cover I just purchased..... Let's just say I was like in awe when I opened my sheets and giggles box, I was like I got a draw string backpack and eye mask! Mind you I was rubbing the backpack on my skin too before I even got to the reason I ordered it. Its just that darn soft. And then I cracked open the duvet cover..... And well my oldest was like... mom what is wrong with you!? Im in mid walk to my living room going " OH YEAH"( in the koolaid man voice) now this feels nice in the skin (in Hannibal lecter voice) while running the duevt cover over my skin. I also have not washed it yet, so that says a lot about how soft it is. Especially since it says to wash it first. look if you don't say it in a Hannibal lecter voice or even an oh yeah in the koolaid man's voice. I feel sorry that you haven't felt the softness on the skin yet. I'm an extremely picky person when it comes to anything bedding to the point I will keep returning and returning until I find it. I look like that grandma bringing back 60 items in the Walmart customer service line saying it sucked while she's scanning all the items to return..If you were ever behind me in Walmart I'm sorry for holding up the customer service line. I'm just kidding 60 items is a lot to return. Who does that anyway!? You had to have liked something from that purchase. Anyway.... I needed this duvet cover to feel the same as my down blanket Cotton material and it does and honestly if not better! But try it, if you don't like it returns are acceptable. It states that also. I will say this I also questioned my life and everything with the price tag.... But I'm glad I enjoyed that little sheets and giggles moment! "I'll be back" (Terminator voice) for more sheets. Until then I will fully enjoy the heck outta this duvet cover.

Words can’t explain how satisfied I am with this duvet. My husband and I put off buying a new duvet for over a year because we were looking for the right size, color and material. When I finally found a eucalyptus one, it took some convincing for my husband because he was skeptical about the claims of it keeping you cool at night. My husband runs super hot at night so even getting a down comforter was a debate. When this duvet finally came back in stock I bought it right away and couldn’t wait to try it. The first night (after washing it of course) we both slept better than we had in a long time. It was sooooooo soft and comfortable. It kept me super warm and cozy and kept my husband cool at the same time. Definitely worth the money and the wait!

I was gifted a white Buffy comforter by my husband and needed a duvet. I was worried that buying this would cancel out the ‘no sweaty sleeping’ and/or effect how cool the blanket stays. OH ITS GOOD! This duvet is the bomb.com. I gotta save up, but I will be getting the grey pillow cases eventually. This is pricy, so was the comforter but I have always been a furnace in bed. THESE ARE THE BEST GIFTS IVE EVER GOTTEN. These sheets are soft and stay cool. One small complaint- the fabric pulls. I have a cat, and even with trimmed nails Ive already got quite a few pulls. I’ll take that over the sweaty mess my bed was previously. Still worth it. Just sayin’.

It’s too big. My standard sized comforters don’t fit this, it’s oversized. This is very annoying when the only closure option is buttons, as the comforter just slides right on out (even being tied to the duvet). Please upgrade to a zipper closure and size the duvet appropriately. This must be meant to try and fit a king size and a California king size. Those are very different sizes and should be sold separately.

Excellent customer service provided by Emily!First of all, I had an issue that I addressed to sheets and giggles and Emily was quick to respond. She addressed and Sleep well💤💤💤solved the problem and stayed in touch every step of the way beginning to end. As far as the sheets, they are the softest and most luxurious feeling sheets to have on your skin.I have extremely sensitive skin and I’m allergic to almost everything. The sheets are comfortable, cooling and do not make my skin itch or feel irritated at all. Feeling warm under your covers, simply kick your legs up and as the sheet settles down on you it’s like a cool crisp feeling that falls over you😌 The duvet cover is the same color as sheets. It’s like a silvery pewter color. It’s a very rich and elegant looking color. I do hope that they come out with more colors to choose from in the future! I expected to like it, but I REALLY like it. The color is lovely (I got the grey) and it is super soft, light, and silky. I had taken our duvet off due to the heat and just put it back on last night with this cover and even with the warm nights it is lovely. I usually wait to write reviews but I love this so much I wanted to share. I will update if time shows this cover to have any flaws. (My sheets are also eucalyptus, from another brand, but I have kept them in good shape so I hope this cover is the same. I wash them in cold water and line dry, which I think helps?)

I've had this product a month and a half and i really struggled with writing this review. I wanted to love this product.....Marketing was great, packaging was great and yeah I like the product. It is soft, but omg my bamboo sheets I bought.... so much softer, cooler for sleeping, and more durable. I bought the duvet cover from S&G..... and bought the comforter from their site as well. The cover already has decent sized snag and as it came out of the dryer, as you can see in the first picture. Second picture shows little snags... i have multiple of those. (2nd time washed.... first time was the day I bought it) I'm a little disappointed honestly. I like the cover better than the comforter from the site though. It's now been washed twice as well and each time I lay it out and spend forever picking off little pieces of white balls... it sheds. If this product was half the price I'd give it 5 stars however for 237.60 total..... I expect better quality. I really wanted to love both items, I had already convinced myself I was going to love them before I got them. I just don't. On a different note..... go look at their Facebook or even their main page...10 stars for the entertainment!
