Excellent low profile plug in perfect for my old downloaded music to just stay in my jeep USB and be there without pairing my phone.

Edit: I think the problem was with the Unraid auto installer. Using manual install I was able to boot and register for the trial. From 3 to 5 stars. Brand new drive but Unraid would not install on drive, saying duplicate GUID. Haven't attempted manual install yet, but really hope it works. I like the size, speed, and capacity, just wished Unraid worked with it.

I bought this USB drive because I needed extra space for my files and wanted something small that wouldn’t get in the way. I’ve used it mostly to backup daily files from a program I use and to transfer photos and documents between my work and home PC. I wanted something that was quick and easy to use. The drive works well for my needs. It’s small enough to stay plugged into my laptop without sticking out much, which is nice. File transfers are faster than my old USB 2.0 drive, and I like that it’s compatible with both Windows and Mac. It’s simple to plug in and take out, but I did notice that since it's so small it can be a little tricky to remove if I don’t grip it carefully. Overall, I am happy with this USB drive. It does what I need and feels reliable. If you want a compact, easy-to-use storage device, I would recommend it for everyday use.

I bought this specifically for music in my car. I needed something to replace a regular memory stick that got lost, and I came across this. I used Verbatim CDs in the past and they were very reliable and given how small this was, I figured I'd try it out. It's been great so far. The snag-free design is there and then some (I'll elaborate more). Plugging it into the computer is no real issue. Simple plug-and-play design. Transfers are quick. And it's small. There's no way it can be accidentally broken off of the housing, and that's because it's less than a half inch long. A couple issues I've noticed (these I can live with personally, but worth noting): First, the snag-free design literally makes it tough to remove. I have it plugged into the USB in my 2023 Hyundai Tucson, and it is a pain to remove. You have to have the jaws of life to remove (not literally, but it takes some real effort to remove). It's easier to remove from the computer, though, but it shouldn't be that difficult to remove from the car's USB port. Second, the last couple times I've plugged it into the computer, it needs to repair itself because of drive errors, and that seems odd. I attributed it to coming from the car, and that's ok, but nevertheless, worth nothing. I still recommend purchasing this. Verbatim is a very reliable brand, and they've done well with this USB drive.

These are so handy for extra storage that needs to stay attached to a device. The low profile keeps it secure and undamaged. We use it in our granddaughter's riding toy that has a MP3 player - kiddie songs for hours and the low profile means she doesn't break it off or pull it out!!

Seems to work as designed. I used mine as a medium to install Linux on computers. With a USB3 port it is actually quite quick to both copy the OS to the stick and to install the OS onto a computer. With a USB2 port it works at the slower speeds the format was designed to provide but still works fine so far.

Used on our Qidi printer to store projects. Does what is advertised and is , due to its very tiny size, almost invisible. The only drawback we encountered in the beginning was due to its size. We plugged it in to a computer port for formatting and to dowload our collection of projects. We had a hard time to unplug it/ unmount it and had to use plastic pliers to get it out. There is not really any space to grip and pull it out like standard USB sticks. The title 'store n stay' says it all.... plug it in and leave it. We are doing just that and it stays in the printer and works perfect for us. We would highly recommend this USB device for permantent storage tasks.

This drive was definitely designed to pop into your USB port and stay there, and it does that job very well with its sleek design and tight fit. However, getting it out is another matter... Like others have stated, this drive could fall apart in pieces completely. Happened to me. There is no glue holding it together, but a little toothy thing that is supposed to grip the blue plastic to the metal stick, and that tooth is too small for the job. However, if you note how the pieces went together, you can put it back together again and it will work. You can avoid this from happening if you wiggle out the drive a little and then pinch hard on the blue plastic before pulling it out. Then it will stay together. I did this after it fell apart, and it's still working. The drive does what it is supposed to do, and its small size is great, but it shouldn't be falling apart like that. If you are nervous about that, don't get it for really critical things you can't live without.

It is cute small, very nice usb drive. fast and works great. works great for small area or system usb drive such as unraid.

Acquistato come chiavetta di boot per il mio NAS, viste le dimensioni contenute. Fa bene il suo dovere.
