The MalloMe Tumbler with the lid on holds ice with minimum melt for well over 24 hours without sweating or feeling cold on the outside. My hot coffee stayed consistently hot during a recent car trip (mug fit well in the cup holder) and the mug's outside never felt hot, although I used the convenient handle included in the package. Both lids are excellent - one completely leak proof and the sipping, splash proof lid is largely leak resistant. Seller addressed my concern about a slight imperfection in the bottom ring of the mug by offering a partial (25%) refund, which I accepted. This slight imperfection is probably the exception rather than the rule and in no way impacts the insulated properties or use of the tumbler, nor has it affected its structural integrity after a month of daily use. I wish MalloMe made a 40 oz or larger hydrating bottle of the same quality double-insulating stainless steel. If they did, I would purchase one, given the insulating properties of the tumbler. A very good quality product at a very reasonable price with quick and attentive customer service. The large capacity is a bonus. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This is a great tumbler at a great price. *by P***J on Reviewed in the United States on July 19, 2018* I use this cup at work near our boilers it gets between 110 130 degrees. This tumbler held ice for over 12 hrs. I filled the cup at 3 am before I left at 6am I put the cup in my locker it is around 80 degrees in our locker room I returned at 9 pm and still had ice water in my cup. Thats15 hrs. I am completely happy with this cup. You could pay more for a cup and not get the extras you get with this one 2 lids a straw and straw cleaning brush plus a handle I just don't know why you would. Since I posted this I have ordered 2 30 oz cups and a 20 oz for a coworker I always used yeti before but with their stance towards the NRA I started looking for a replacement. These tumblers do the same thing for much less. I was contacted by Adam from MalloMe to see if I was happy with my purchase that is almost unheard of now days. A company that cares about their customers. It keeps my drink cold (if I add ice) all day! (I’ve never tried it with a hot drink but I have no doubt it would keep it hot). The lid is secure, the straw is very durable and easy to clean with the included brush. I love that the straw is not plastic. I hand wash the cup, lid and straw every morning (which takes very little time) and then fill it up.
