Must say I am very pleased with not just this tracker but also with AutoWiz's after-sales customer support. I bought one of these about a couple of weeks back for one of my cars and was pleasantly surprised that it simply worked out of the box in a true "plug and play" manner, as advertised. I was surprised because this was the 2nd device I had attempted to install on the car with the first one having failed miserably at something as simple as just showing up online on the vendor's android app, subsequently forcing me to return it to Amazon. The app for Autowiz’s tracker is quite intuitive and one gets almost real time updates as the car moves along. Communication with the device is very stable, alerts are relevant and in terms of the overall experience, I couldn't ask for more. Encouraged by this success story, I went ahead and ordered another one for my mini cooper. It was with this one that I ran into a teething issue. The tracker would consistently trigger the mini cooper's immobilizer alarm about 10 secs after I had locked the car from outside. Without the tracker attached to the OBD port, everything would behave normally. I wrote an email to AutoWiz customer support late in the evening, describing the problem and by 9 AM the next morning, I already had a couple of support assurance emails in my inbox. And about an hour later, a gentleman from support called me up, requesting me to insert the device back into the mini's OBD port and leave the engine running. Within 5 minutes, he remotely reconfigured the device - probably pushing the correct configuration over the internet to match the model of my car. And that fixed the issue, once and for all. The device has been happily working with my mini cooper, as expected, ever since. Clearly see this as a rock solid, reliable GPS tracker with marvellous customer support. Great value for money and highly recommended.

I bought this product after extensive Amazon search and reading previous reviews and I would say I am not disappointed on my purchase. This standout on the accuracy of GPS location. I like some of the niche features of this mobileapp.. for example, I can share my own vehicle's location with someone for a limited time. this is particularly useful when I have to pick my wife from somewhere, I am stuck in traffic and I share my car's location with her without her downloading the app or logging into the app. She can track my vehicle's correct location with precise accuracy. It also provides her notification when I am about to reach her location. Live Vehicle health data is also a cool feature of the app.As my car is a bit old, battery charge is always an issue. This app alerts for any eventuality. Overall cool product.👍

Don't buy it, you'll lose. I bought this tracker years ago and stopped using it for more than two years, but they keep asking me to pay. I suspended my account, but the bills keep coming. So think about it.

Found it easy to install the device and use the App. GPS tracking is quite fast and accurate. Sometimes I drive out to France and the EU roaming SIM that comes in the device is a boon. Re-assuring to know that the device can alert me for low car battery and engine trouble code, in case such a situation arises for my ageing car. That was one of the reason for me picking this one as opposed to some of the lower-cost GPS tracking devices. Would definitely recommend this.

I use my vehicle for business purpose and was looking for a solution to monitor my vehicle remotely. Found AutoWiz to be easy to install and provides me the essentials I needed. Live Tracking and driver behavior monitoring is quite accurate. Geo-fence and other alerts come in real time. Also, found the feature to share location with a contact on demand to be quite handy. While I can see car utilization summary and charts in the App, would love to see the option to have downloadable reports.

Works so well! My friends can basically see me as an uber and how long/far away i am from theirs. They can watch in realtime where I am. It updates every few seconds and alerts me if I leave the geofence area. I also unplugged the obd and my phone started alarming (notified me within 15seconds). Really great product! Also records ur trips and what not! Im impressed

This device and app does as it is described in the listing. My car is parked on an unsecured driveway overnight. This device and its anti-theft alarm feature give me peace of mind during the night. My young son has started driving my car recently and through Autowiz app I am sure about the safety of the driver and my car. I have also set up my geo fence location in agreement with my son which gives me clarity about the movement of my car. I am still exploring other feature of this app. Some suggestion, if this app can add some feature like alert about London's new low emission zone entry and payment of its charge, that would be very helpful.

Product is extremely useful for the auto enthusiast and gives a sense of security assurance. The reports weekly monthly daily are good for referring driving behavior and mileage condition. One thing which is missing is avg cost per trip which is present in competitor product available in the market, though it can be calculated easily since trip litres consumed is given. The anti-theft alarm is bit inconsistent. It was working fine for 15 days but now not showing the notification. The communication to the server is delayed probably due to unavailability of the network (SIM) so last connected to the server when parked shows some latency.This could be because of network unavailability too for service provider at the location in which my car is parked. INR 2000+ GST subscription renewal is on a bit higher side compared to competitor product but the content is good and I choose to pay a premium because of certain reporting advantage. I hope Autowiz team doesn't stop at developing the UI and software and keeps value adding to justify customer paying a premium for the subscription. Overall good device and useful to the customer, again would request Autowiz team to keep on value adding on software side, at the least should give the Web option complimentary to users

Wonderful product. I have been using it for Eicher pro vehicle tracking and it's working brilliantly. I can be outside town and still followup where my vehicle is and track it at all times. Helped me many times in guiding my driver with location. The geo security and time based alerts are on point. This device is simple yet has done wonders for my business. I highly recommend anyone with vehicle rental business or for personal use to go for it. One more point is that for commercial vehicles there is a cheaper alternative for gps tracking which is connected at the drivers wheel with some wiring but they void insurance but this device is legal as is connected to the obd port which is plug and play and does not tamper the insurance.

This product is accurate and is synchronised with the phone. Features like tracking, engine and performance details, trip history, vehicle profile settings are helpful for a driver. I’m driving a Hyundai Verna and what I didn’t like is that it didn’t fit properly in the Obd port and I had to order the cable. And the cable didn’t help either. So I had to cut the plastic of the cover in order to accommodate the device. No complaints except this. Loved the device and its features. If one can buy a costly car, spending money on this device is not much for the safety it provides. Thank you Autowiz. Ps- Using this device for the last 15 days.

Trust Me Guys, “AutoWiz” is one amazing GPS (OBD Based) device.... I have been using this device for past 6 months, no issues at all... Works like a charm Never go for cheap GPS < Rs 2000-4000, most of them are China product which doesn’t have proper Mobile Application or Customer Support or Real Time Vehicle Tracking, where as AutoWiz got excellent after sales support via WhatsApp & Phone.....Any problem with OBD setup or App configuration, just send a WhatsApp message to team and they will call back with fix.... I did twice and response was within 10-15mins, hats-off for their return time When you are ready to spend 4 to 10 Lakhs on a Car (Medium Range), You shouldn’t think on spending Rs 6500+ for a Quality & Branded GPS....You know how hard it is to find an expensive car which is stolen & run behind police with Time / Money Real Time Vehicle Tracking / Car Health Report / Trip History / Fuel History / Fuel Usage / Car Mileage / AntiTheft Alarm - All these features works amazing AutoWiz GPS (OBD Based) works with InBuilt SIM provided by them with 1 year data for synch with Server for Mobile Application Updates....Post 1 year, I presume we need to pay Rs 2400 for 365 days data renewal which is reasonable compared to hefty amount paid for our Dream Car HAPPY DRIVING with “Peace of Mind” (A Must GPS In All Cars)

It do not show the milage, fuel level and other important parameters for which we are paying this must huge cost, this is basic OBD Device only will be used for basic tracking of vehicle, if you want basic tracking, please go with wired GPS tracker, it will fulfill your purpose, but if you are going for the OBD diagnostic gps tracker, tracker and Mobile application must have all features, i have used another brand OBD gps tracker (Fleetx) it gives me proper insight of my vehicle with Algorithm based Milage, fuel level for both CNG and petrol, live coolent temp. DTC codes, various Alarm options.
