I recently picked up the Ranch Guitar Tuner Clip-On for my acoustic guitar, and I have to say, it's been a game changer. It’s really easy to use—just clip it onto the headstock, turn it on, and you’re ready to go. I love that it has a clear display, so I can see the tuning status even in low light. One of the standout features for me is how quickly it picks up the notes. I don’t have to spend ages trying to get it to recognize the string I'm tuning, which is a huge time-saver. The tuner also has different modes, so I can use it for both my acoustic and electric guitars, which is super handy. I’ve noticed it holds its calibration well, and I don’t have to worry about it going out of tune too often. The battery life seems solid, too—I haven’t had to change it yet after using it regularly for a few weeks. Nice compact little tuner, with a bright easy-to-read screen, and works exactly like other tuners work--and for a very attractive price. Only issue (and it's a small one) is that the on-off button is in a somewhat awkward position on the back of the unit and has to be held down for a couple of seconds to switch on. It's also the button that switches between guitar-bass-banjo-ukulele and it's easy to switch to a different mode without realizing it. Really, it's not much of a problem, just a slight inconvenience. I gave it four stars, but it deserves four and three quarters!

For the price you just can’t beat this, listen do I love fender tuners or even pedal tuners of course but if you are looking for a cheap back up or something to always have in hand that will work just fine, this is just perfect if I could buy like 10 more I will it just perfect I love it It even tells you what string number your tuning which is crazy to me that’s such a little cool feature

It’s ok, not great. It’s ok for tuning guitar in standard but does not recognize notes like “F” or “C” just so you are aware. I’m giving mine away or returning it because I don’t always play in standard tuning. I also don’t feel like it is as accurate as other tuners.

This clip-on tuner is fantastic! It is incredibly accurate and tunes my instrument in seconds. ​The screen is bright, clear, and very easy to read, even in dimly lit rooms. The clip holds onto the headstock firmly without leaving any scratches. It is small, lightweight, and very simple to operate. For the price, you can't beat the quality and performance. Highly recommended for any musician!

A very nice little tool. It lights up green when you get the note bang on. My main complaint is that it doesn't have an off button, so it stays on until it receives no more vibrations and then waits 3 minutes to shut down. The only way to have it shut off while you're playing is to remove it from the guitar. The clip is a bit small but just manages to clip on to my nylon string tuner headstock.

This is my second clip-on tuner. I ordered it primarily because it was reasonably priced. I also use a foot pedal tuner and a handheld tuner in certain situations, so this is primarily for my acoustic guitars. The Ranch tuner does what it is supposed to and has different settings for tuning of different keys (i.e. Chromatic, F, Bb and Fb) and can also be used for different instruments (i.e. Guitar and Bass, Ukelele, Violin and Banjo). When tuning the instrument, the screen, when angled correctly is quite visible and easy to read. If the screen is not at the appropriate angle, you may not be able to see it (as shown in the attached photos). The tuner is good value for the money. It will likely not hold up under rough use or being hit with a solid obstacle, so I will make sure that doesn't happen. So far so good.
