Beach, Sun and Sport Umbrella, 7-Feet

The best beach umbrella> I went to the beach with this umbrella and it keep me cool , it keeps the sun from beaming down on me, well made, stylish color and easy to assemble.

This umbrella would rate a 5 star review if the vent on top was more functional, making wind less of a problem; it's tacked down in so many places it doesn't really allow wind to pass through, however. The other feature it lacks is the ability to tilt, which I thought was pretty standard. On the plus side, it is attractive, in several different shades of blue ranging from light to navy, with scalloped borders. It is pretty sturdy, with heavier gauge metal for the support and ribs, and it is generously sized for a beach umbrella. I was looking for a smaller market type umbrella to use on a deck and this size works well. It comes with a carrying bag with a handle so you can easily transport or store it. It also has a UV undercoating which helps block the sun, so it effectively provides more shade and actually resists rain a little.

I purchased this umbrella for our family beach vacation. My children and I are fair skinned and needed the protection for digging and sitting and relaxing in the sand. I used the sand anchor that I purchased for it. We had it out and open for about 25 minutes when the wind ripped it out of the sand and the umbrella took off down the beach. It was not an particularly windy beach day. It went about 25 yards. The umbrella was broken. The skeleton of the umbrella was bent and/or broken. It's not worth the money. I picked a new one up from Target and enjoyed the next 6 days at the beach.

I love love love this umbrella! Used it a few times at the beach already. It's nice and big and definitely keeps it nice and cool. Don't let a few bad reviews scare you.

It's cheap & came very quickly, but the poles that support the fabric are very flimsy. Each time you unfold the umbrella, the poles come out of the fabric & you have to put them back in each time you open it. TOO MUCH WORK & TOO FLIMSY. Spend an extra $30 & get the next model!

Classic, well designed, simple, functional, no wacky colors or patterns. Love it!

The umbrella does the job, it's nice looking but a bit bulky and heavy. It can't be adjusted in height. The carriying bag is really bad quality, it got broken after first use.

I purchased this umbrella cause my beach bum hubby loves to walk on the beach. When we first tried to pop it up, the red open button was kind of stuck and dead! Got frustrated for a few minutes but finally we managed to open it up. The size is perfect and its stand holds the umbrella very well. It has a case to easily be carried on your shoulder and it's not that heavy.
