Must have for multitasking moms! Don't even bother with regular Spectra attachments.
Used with Spectra S2 and works perfectly! Don't even bother with the original Spectra attachments. Go straight to these! I found that Spectra attachments, even with a pumping bra, are so tedious to use - they don't hold up even with vacuum (well, neither do these, but at least you can shove them in your bra), and are so bulky and difficult to position. You still end up holding both of them up and sitting there getting bored while pumping 🙄. Now, with these wearable hands free breastmilk collection cups, it can fit in a normal sports bra or nursing bra (provided there is a lot of room/stretch), no need for expensive pumping bras! and you get both hands free! I have the Spectra S2 which is not battery operated but has long cords and tubings so I can pretty much still walk around and do stuff while pumping. Emptying these cups is also very easy. It fits really well (you gotta measure your nipples correctly first before buying the set, but it does come with two adjusters smaller than 24mm) and it suctions great. Assembly is not that bad at all, as long as you understand how your pump works. Cons (not deal breakers for me) - a bit hard to see how much milk you are pumping until you take it out - duckbill is really small, and probably easy to lose - you need to thoroughly dry the part that connects to the tubing, and it can get tedious doing that - if it doesn't suction, you will have to have to try and double check that all parts are well sealed) Overall, I highly recommend these handsfree collection cups. So easy and so convenient. Go for it mama!

Great for pumping at work.
It works really well. I use it with the baby buddha 2.0 to pump at work. It is easy to set up, use, and put away. I am pumping for the first time with the second kid, and I thought I wouldn't be able to, since with my first, I would get almost no milk out with the Medela pump. This cup being so easy to use and out of the way while I work makes my life easier :) I will probably buy another one to keep as back up

Love it! Only one suggestion…
Love this hands free option for my spectra! The suction is great so I get good milk output and the collection cups are perfectly big enough without being obnoxious. I was going back and forth between this and a cheaper option I saw but I’m so glad I went with this! Overall points: -great suction -perfect size -comfortable -easy to clean -no leaking -works with spectra and other pumps Only thing I wish is that the tubing was longer but it’s not a big deal for me!

Wearable cups for the win!
I like this wearable cup! It works well with my Spectra pump! I think I got a little tired of wearing the standard cups or sometimes wonder if I’m not getting the same output with my wearable pump (I have the momcozy v2 pro). This works well in that it fits into regular bra, I’m not very big chested but I don’t think these wearables are that obnoxious. Cons: the tubing that comes with it is very short so I actually have to have my pump closer by to me but I guess it minimizes it getting tangled or hooked on doorknobs, drawer handles etc. another con is that the pink sealing cap if it comes off you could use all your milk because if it comes off it often takes the membrane along with it. Just be careful. It doesn’t seem like it’s lose or finicky but be aware it could happen it’s happened while I was cleaning it. There’s also a lot of parts to clean but I guess that just comes with pumping. Pros: it fits well into regular bra, no need for pumping bra and regular spectra tubing works well with it if you find that the tubing that comes with it is too short. The adapters available make it nice to work for any pump also. I haven’t tried it with my V2 pro motor. Overall would recommend this to someone who wants to be more mobile and still use their main pump. EDIT: originally rated 4/5 stars but I’m sorry it’s now a 3/5. I notice I don’t feel completely empty after and get less output than my original flanges. I pumped after using these and got an extra 3 oz out. I tried different flanges so I’m not sure why it didn’t work well.

I love these!!! I attach them to my spectra pump and swear I get the best output with them! Super comfortable and easy to use.

Must have!
Update* - just make sure you take them apart and remove the duck bill valve to get the little bit of extra milk that gets caught in there. Every drop counts for me! I absolutely love these cups. Though I have a pumping bra to support the spectra cups, these are great because they're not hitting into anything. I also haven't noticed any spilling if I need to bend over for any reason. They fit comfortably in my bra and feel secure without being bulky or awkward. I use them with my Spectra S1 Plus breast pump and they work perfectly, no issues with compatibility or suction. Output has been just as good. Overall, I’m really happy with them and would definitely recommend if you’re looking to make pumping more flexible and less restrictive.

Works perfectly
Amazing alternative to the set that comes with the Spectra S1. Works great, and is more discrete.

Small valves, but works and fits great.
Product itself works great. There isn’t visibility while pumping though. The condensation prevents that. The valve is really small and I already lost one after the first use. If the valves were bigger or easier to replace, I would give this 5 stars!

Perfect fit with Spectra S1+, so useful & convenient
Must have for pumping mums! I recommend going straight to this cup instead of original spectra parts! (I have a Spectra S1+) I'm using the spectra original base tubing and then added the Nenesupply splitter supplied with the cups and had no issues with fit or suction, no tube trim required. Pros: - Easy to use - Easy to take apart and clean (See cons list for notes) - All parts fit perfectly with my Spectra S1+ (Check compatibility of your pump though as per listing) - Good suction and output like original (Has helped increase my supply!) - No leak design is legit (Can move a lot more freely than others without worry due to the stopper. Haven't had a leak yet!) - Fits well inside bras, sports bras, tight crop tops etc (Just make sure they're firm fitting so the cups are pressed against you for proper suction) - Low profile once on and in a bra (Less chance to catch or bump anything unlike traditional pump bottles/parts) Cons: - Water can stay in membrane groove for a while even after drying due to shape - make sure you're 'flicking' excess water away after washing and before drying to aid drying. Use hot water to help evaporation off of parts/drying time. - Duckbill valve is quite small compared to other brands, be careful when washing to avoid losing it. - Finding replacement parts specifically for the cups was trickier than should've been as you have to go through Amazon (Easy once you know though) - go to the Nenesupply Amazon store front, find the listing for the 24mm silicone flanges of the cups, different options for separate parts on that listing on Amazon.

Can’t rave about these enough!
These pumps are amazing, I definitely wouldn’t have been able to carry on expressing without them as having your hands free during those first weeks is vital in my opinion! I use them with my spectra pump, massage mode (the bacon looking button), cycle C5, vacuum 3 for 30 minutes and I have a great supply from this, I don’t use my handheld flanges at all anymore! Obviously everyone is different so use the settings that work and feel right for you. It’s very important to note that the right bra is really really important for using these. I used an ill fitting bra once and got half what I usually do! I suggest a nursing bra that fits snugly but not tightly around your ribs and adjust your straps so that the cups are pressed comfortably yet firmly against you. And if you can afford it, I suggest buying two sets. It’s an absolute lifesaver for those nightly pumps. Before bed have both sets clean and built, then in the night you can just get up, pop them on, empty them and then go to bed and not have to do any washing up for your next pump!
