Soy isoflavones are plant-based chemicals which act like oestrogen in the body. Are they natural how big is the capsule

Yes, they are natural and still working well - the capsule is a little bit larger than a standard paracetamol capsule but because of the coating is easy to swallow

It really works!

I rarely do product reviews but in this case I thought it would be justified: these supplements work! Currently my only problem with menopause was getting really hot at night; not exactly sweating, but it felt like my entire body was on fire. I kept waking up 4 times at night, had difficulties falling back asleep. After taking just one of these pills I already noticed a difference! I only had 5 so far, early days, but my symptoms already improved by 80%!

Brilliant with removing hot flushes naturally

This are the best tablets I have found for my constant heat flushes day & night. It’s true that it took me a month to feel it, and if I forgot a few doses, I feel the heat again. But following all the doses daily, it’s a miracle to me, all heat flushes gone! And I prefer to wait for results, than put chemicals into my body as I used to, that caused me lots of other hormonal problems, weight gain and such... I am quite scared that they’re unavailable now, and I found no way to reach the company to ask if they’re doing them again and when. Pleeeease, reach to me! I need them :) Thanks

Read all reviews and thought shall give them a go. Best thing I did i feel like me again only been taking them 6 days and after day 4 I slept through for the first time since I can remember. My moods have lifted, I do a physical job and I don't feel constantly tired either. Sweats have almost gone get the odd one or two but yeah highly recommended. I'm perimenopausal almost full menopausal just gotta wait another 8 months lol

Relief for Hot Flushes

I have tried a few different menopause tablets but these have been the only tablets that have worked for me. Worth every penny for the relief I get from Hot Flushes and Night Sweats. Easy to swallow, no odour or after taste. Half dose worked very well in reducing the amount and intensity but full dose has practically eliminated my flushes altogether. I also feel as though I have more energy and my mood swings have lessened. Can highly recommend!

I decide to try these tables, and I read quite good reviews about them. Sadly they haven’t help me at all. I had being uses for aver 3 weeks now. I continue to have hot flashes and I haven’t being able to sleep for a few weeks now. I wouldn’t recommend it
