It moisturizes nicely without a greasy feeling and I like how even hours later my hands still feel soft and smooth. It begins with a very light neutral scent and after a few moments that scent fades. The problem with the Remedy products seems to be the pump. I read comment after comment from people complaining that the pumps for both the cleansers and the lotions have a very high degree of failure and up until I received my last order which arrived a couple of days ago, I have been lucky with functioning pumps. The lotion arrived and right from the get-go the pump did not work. I chatted online with a customer service person who first requested that I do a return for a refund to which I told him that I was unable to do that at this time. He then told me he was able to simply do a refund and I could keep the product. Well that is fine but the refund never went through.
