Review: Great tv - Tv came really quickly but upon opening the box the screen was broken got onto desertcart and they arrange a pick up and a new tv was sent the next day the tv itself is amazing great picture and sound and for the money its amazing the only thing is the remote isn't the best remote but i don't really use the remote as my sky remote controls my tv as well..
Review: Good image, but bad software/smart features - The TV has a great design and the image is really good. However, we can see some backlight areas on the screen when the color is black. The biggest issue that I have, which is the most annoying part, is the Smart TV navigation: - The TV crashes randomly when using any App. Unplugging and replugging is necessary in these cases - The navigation is insanely laggy, and sometimes you need to wait up to 5 seconds to move to an item from another - You cannot change the source easily and changing sources depends on what you're currently doing. (ie: if on netflix, you need to exit netflix, which can take up to 30 seconds with all the lag and then change source) - Freeview Play is almost not usable. Insanely laggy and doesn't load much, even with a 200mbps internet connexion Compared to any other TV models on this price range (and below), this TV is not a great deal. If there was a software fix it would fare much better, but the issues mentioned above are extremely irritating

Tv came really quickly but upon opening the box the screen was broken got onto amazon and they arrange a pick up and a new tv was sent the next day the tv itself is amazing great picture and sound and for the money its amazing the only thing is the remote isn't the best remote but i don't really use the remote as my sky remote controls my tv as well..

The TV has a great design and the image is really good. However, we can see some backlight areas on the screen when the color is black. 49" model: 49UL5A63DB. The screen resolution is good. Smart features are decent, could be snappier. Sound is impressive for the size. Note this isn't by any means a "thin" tv. UI is pretty good but again, the processor could be snappier. Wish the remote supported voice search or integrated with a voice assistant. For the price, there's not much else out there on the market.
