    NOT  'weather proof' or 'water proof'

it states they are "weather proof" and "water proof".....for outside use......  everything worked fine until I had some rain...Somehow, maybe through the joint of the solar top,  they both filled up with water and destroyed the connectors and the "buzzer" with rust...obviously these items are NOT weather proof let alone water proof....what's the point if they cannot be used outside ???...waste of time....
