Hi, are the caps easy to swallow

I find them very easy but due to my circumstances have had to swallow loads of tablets these are the easiest.

Can they be kept in the fridge as they say they are stable at room temp of 70c which if I'm correct is equiv to 21dgrees...my room goes above this often Thanks
