Solido, tende a perdere l'allineamento con la ruota
La presa sul tubo della sella è valida, stringendo è facile perdere l'allieneamento con la ruota posteriore, l'appoggio è solido ma considerando il braccio della leva senza altri vincoli, ho dovuto richiudere con forza il bullone per la tendenza a spostarsi (anche se di poco)

it could be slightly lighter but I can't complain. I am using it with a bag that ties very well around it. It's light enough and very resistent. I didn't test it to 10kg, but for 3-4 kg is perfect. It doesn't move and it's really easy to mount. It's a bit hard to mount a normal light on the back. I have mine flipped in order to stay on it.
