DeWalt DCS335NT-XJ Jigsaw 18V XR, Bare Unit in TSAK Kitbox

Powerful machine that breezes through tough jobs like kitchen worktops. Simple lever makes changing blades easy with no need for allen keys or spanners. Changing angles on this jig saw is also quick and tool free. The only down side I find is that to turn the machine on is a silly, awkward, flimsy looking slide switch on the side of the machine. The body of the jig saw is pretty thick so unless you have huge hands, switching on and more importantly off, is bloody awkward. When I purchased it in the first place I thought it would have a standard trigger. If you can live with the slide switch then you will not be disappointed with this saw. Only gave four stars because of the switch.

Great jigsaw, much easier to use than top handle.. Shape and weight keep it on workpiece when using down-cut blades. Smooth motor with stop brake.

By far the best jigsaw I have ever owned The on/off switch takes a little getting used to at first, but not long before it feels comfortable New design makes it much more controllable than previous models

Really good product, cuts well and fits my hand perfectly. Switch is in exactly the correct position for single hand operation and very easy to cut accurately. Great product and so much better than my old 240v model.

Schneidet präzise. Es ist wirklich robust und massiv. Sobald man es in der Hand hält, merkt man, dass es sich um ein hochwertiges, solides und relativ schweres Gerät handelt. Der Sägeblattwechsel ist super einfach und schnell. Es gibt keinen Schalter für stufenloses Einschalten oder Drehzahlregelung per Knopfdruck, sondern nur einen 0/1-Schalter. Nach dem Einschalten läuft es sofort mit voller, am Drehzahlregler eingestellter Drehzahl. Die Drehzahl lässt sich aber auch während des Schneidens bequem über den Drehknopf regulieren. Es schaltet sich nach dem Ausschalten sofort ab. Der 2-Ah-Akku entlädt sich recht schnell. Die Schnittbeleuchtung ist zufriedenstellend und die Staubabsaugung sehr effektiv, sodass man die Schnittlinie klar sieht. Endlich muss ich mir beim Schneiden keine Gedanken mehr um das Stromkabel machen.
