I adore this product. Finally found THE perfect product that suits my benefits and needs. It's so lightweight, easy to store away neatly, great length of power cord that reaches from the bottom of my stairs to hoover all rooms upstairs with no tension on the cord, its extremely easy to empty and keep clean. Customer service has been fantastic since unfortunately one extention pipe connector (weak part) did break but was replaced after I asked about replacement parts that I wished to purchase but as they were out of stock they sent me two free of charge! Couldn't be happier with this product especially as I'm now unable to use a heavier hoover due to curved spine and bone displacement and can't manage to carry one upstairs so this lightweight one is perfect and easily manageable by myself and my family. If you keep the easy to wash filter sponge cleaned regularly (great there's a spare one) it keeps great suction and using the brush attachment sucks up even the finest dust! I will definitely be keeping to this product for future as long as it'll be available if and when I need a new one but for now I'm thankful for this and definitely recommend it to all.

Positives: Very good on hard floors it also seems to work ok on our carpets (short pile). Excellent for our flat pile stair carpet. Lead is long enough to do the stairs in one go rather than having to unplug it downstairs and replug it in upstairs and to do all the rooms on each floor. The cleaner is very lightweight and easy to use even though I'm recovering from frozen shoulder. It's very compact to store and the storage unit also has spaces for 5 of the 6 tools. Negatives: Cord is very heavy - this isn't too much of a problem because you don't need to carry it around and the cleaner itself is very light. The storage unit only has spaces for 5 tools yet 6 are supplied. There is nowhere to store the very long cord. We've got round this by putting a hook in the wall above where we store the cleaner and looping the cord around the hook. One slightly odd thing we've found is that when it's used on carpet the brush flips up when we pull it backwards, it doesn't seem to affect cleaning ability but it takes a bit of getting used to. Overall it's a nice lightweight, compact to store, efficient vacuum cleaner which we consider good value for money.

My Shark vacuum cleaner died after two years, so I was looking for a good cleaner for a while, and I am extremely happy with this one: very good suction and very light in weight to use. (by the way, despite the raving good reviews, I loathed and detested that cumbersome, heavy, noisy Shark one. The suction was dire too. Are people paid to write such reviews?). This is a SMALL vacuum cleaner so it is not suitable as your main one if you are lucky enough to live in a large house (but still perfect for your ‘upstairs cleaner’, I reckon). And this model is pretty hopeless on carpets. However, this vacuum cleaner is GREAT for wooden or tiled floors. This model is small, you can clean all the small corners. I find it particularly useful when I’m cleaning under the furniture that has ‘legs’ as the small head can be slid into low spaces. And useful for cleaning my bookshelves too. The suction is very good. And this model has excellent filtering system: stainless basket, stainless mesh and thick form filter. Unlike other bag-less vacuum cleaners that have a pathetic thin form filter that does not filter anything, this three-layer-filter does catch everything (you can tell by looking at how dirty it gets after one use). And the filter is easy to wash (but please remember to dry them thoroughly before putting them back on the cleaner. It’s mostly metal, so rust could set in). Again, this one is definitely not for a large flat/house with carpeted floors, but this model is perfect for a studio or one bed room flat with a wooden floor. Lastly, my tip: don’t try dislodge the filter in your newly cleaned floor; some dirt will spill. This shows how efficient this vacuum cleaner is. But the result is not desirable at all. I merely take the main body out and open it over my wheelie dustbin. This vacuum clear is so light in weight, so it’s hardly a chore. Overall, simple, easy and light to use, good suction, excellent filtering system that is easy to clean. Five stars.

The oneday Corded Handheld Stick Vacuum has good suction (15KPa), which is the main reason that I chose this one. Pros: Although it's not cheap, it is well made, and comes with a very useable accessary kit. It works well, and is fairly lightweight in use. The generous 10m power cord means that you can cover a large area, without have to move it to another wall socket. The entire filtration assembly can be removed, and washed under a tap. Naturally, you have to let that dry out completely, before you can use it again, but it does mean less dust. Cons: When will designers of electrical equipment realise that you need to do something with the power cord, when you have finished using it. There is no facility provided, to wind the cable around, and that silly Velcro strip to secure it, is more of a problem, than a solution.

This was the first review when I got this vacuum : My vax cylinder hoover had its life done so i bought this one for laminated floor, I also have a shark upright for carpet upstairs and robot vac as a secondary for laminated floor downstairs. Suction wise, it’s good, maybe better than I thought it was gonna be but prob the floor head is quite small compared to the old vax so it doesn’t seem its sucking up a lot. Hence I noticed it misses some cat litter particles. its wired with 10m cord so you dont have to freak about the battery running out when you forget to charge or battery’s lifespan. Only downside for me was that as I hoovering my way, i noticed my arm gets a bit tired cos of the weight of the motor/bin part but hey, i only use it for 10min or so I can hold up. But I would say it’s not as light as some cordless ones. All in all im happy with my purchase to use it as main hoover for laminated floor. If you’re considering it as a carpet hoover, i wouldnt really recommend it. For the price, its really good! Now the vacuum doesnt work propery, motor makes whizzing sound and gets really hot. Suction power reduced 100% to 20%. It doesnt pick up anything heavier than dust or bread crumbs. Especially cat littler granules. I tried to empty the dust collect part n changed the filters but nothing stopped reduction of the suction. Highly highly recommend not buying this s**t and spend £60 on a good food for your peace of mind!!

I normally use a shark but I'm disabled and needed something lighter this is definitely lighter but it is just a car vacuum the power isn't great is only good for hard floors tried a rug and doesn't pick up well the cord is very long and gets tangled very easily and there is no where to store it so you have z big bundle of wire just hanging from the top of the hoover its a pain to empty you have to pull the top off which is extremely stiff and I was surprised you need to take all the filters out just to empty it and it's fiddly to put it all back together again as it gets stuck if your slightly off there isn't enough holes to store all the tools good things it is compact to store easier to do stairs

Used it for the first time today and i found it very easy to use. My old vacuum still works but it doesn't pick up everything very well. Not going to lie I didn't think a budget vacuum would be able to clean my carpets very well but actually this vacuum has a better suction that it even picked up way more debris than my old vacuum does!! Definitely great that it is much more lighter than a standard vacuum and the cord is quite long so perfect to keep it plugged in one place to get more rooms done. The instructions are self explanatory. The only niggles I have that although the long cord is a massive advantage its a bit of hassle to drag it anywhere and there is no where to hang the cord on the stand and the stand only has 3 slots for the accessories and nowhere to put the other included accessories on the stand. But overall do love how this vacuum picks up my constant malting hair in the carpets and its such an ease to use!

Overall happy with it. It’s a good, small, cheap hoover. Would buy again for the price. Like Small, light weight great for those with little storage Long cable Good suction Small dust container but large enough I can do the whole house without emptying it Dislike The product photos show how the hoover & attachments are easy to store but they don’t show how to neatly and easily store the long cable. There is no hook or anything to wrap it round or hang it on. Which makes storage less neat & compact. As you would expect, the section worsens as the dust container fills up. For best suction & therefore hoovering results, probably best to empty when half full Hard to empty. The mechanism to undo the dust container is stiff on mine meaning you have to use a bit of brute force. Do not hold it upside down/pointing down, particularly if you don’t have any attachments on it, as the dust container will empty itself onto the floor! There doesn’t seem to be a valve to stop dust coming out.
