Heavy base to keep it upright. It worked for my needs ### ⭐⭐⭐ 3.0 out of 5 stars Not strong enough *by A***H on Reviewed in the United States on January 17, 2021* Even though I was assured by a seller that this device would serve my purpose, it does not. I needed something to be my third hand, to hold a jump ring while I attached my earring parts to it. These tweezers are supposed to hold items for soldering, but I don't see how because when I tried to hang my earring parts (not heavy) on the jump ring, the whole earring fell off and parts went everywhere. So I would not recommend this item for jewelry work. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars It had a colony of ants in it *by B***. on Reviewed in the United States on February 22, 2022* Check the photo. I just opened this package and strangely enough it had a whole colony of black ants nesting in it. Again, this was very odd but take a look at the photo for confirmation. Now I live in Hawaii where this kind of thing could be detrimental if this invasive species took a hold. I honestly just don’t know what to say or to do. --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sn/products/139381090-tanjin-soldering-tweezer-cross-locking-jewelry-welding-tweezers-selflock-jewelers](https://www.desertcart.sn/products/139381090-tanjin-soldering-tweezer-cross-locking-jewelry-welding-tweezers-selflock-jewelers) --- *Product available on Desertcart Senegal* *Store origin: SN* *Last updated: 2026-10-05*
