It started coming off after a couple months but that's to be expected. I bought an over the door rack that was wobbling on my door due to the door having an insert in it. The foam padding offered the perfect amount of support to keep the rack from wobbling and protecting my door from scratches. It was easy to cut and apply to my door. It has a strong adhesive on the back that was stuck on very well!I also used it to insulate around my window AC. In the AC pic, the black line at the top is the foam padding. There was a hole there where bugs could come in and air flow out. The foam works as a great plug for the hole. It was easy to install and keeps the cool air in. I used the adhesive strip to bridge the gap between the window panes and the draft is all but gone now! I never knew that room had such good insulation. It honestly helped tremendously for the winter months. The only downside was that the paper would tear/split and not come off as a whole strip. I’d have to go back and peel the little pieces up to where the rest of the backing made it. Otherwise, it was pretty adhesive and straightforward. I haven’t tried to remove the strip yet, but I could see that being a problem since it’s really very sticky.
