I'm confused- you say not to order these cards for my ESA, but the ADA recognizes my PTSD diagnosis...is it ok to use them?

An ESA is not a Psychiatric Service Dog and therefore cannot be take to none pet friendly public places. If you need the dog to aid you out in public for your PTSD you have got to put in the training it takes to have a service dog which performs trained tasks that mitigate your disability needs. Check out PTSDog for and ada.gov for more specific information about getting a service dog for your needs.

On the card, It says if you have any questions call the ADA. It's a law, not an agency. Is this misinformative?

Rock child 21 especially needs to go to site. Yes the ADA is part of the Federal government civil rights department with laws regarding service animals. Anyone that claims different does not research before answering. ADA gov is federal government. If you still question it go to https://www.ada.gov/   State laws may be different but in general they comply with the Federal Gov.

My dog is partially blind. She can see far but too close and she’ll bump into walls or anything in front of her. What tag should I get for her?

These are not for dogs with disabilities. These are for people with disabilities who use trained dogs to assist the human with the human's disability. None of these tags would work for your need.

What is the updated law on this?

The ADA is federal and not likely to have significant legal changed affecting service animals soon.  State laws may vary state to state & might have some minor impact, but you'd have to find out within your state.  In general, what's on the card is an overview of the federal statute.
