the volume is a good amount for a 4 to 6 person family with a good amount for everyone. texture is smooth when directions are followed. texture is pleasing, thickness depending on what your making and wheather you follow directions is goooooood period yummy. tastes awesome with bisquick, tastes good with mash potatoes and chicken like kfc bowls.
