There is absolutely no noise even at the highest setting with lots of power. More expensive than other fans but well worth the money for the high quality of not just the fan and lights but the remote as well.

Looks much more expensive than what it was. Installation was a bit challenging but I don’t fault the product, we have high ceilings - but at the savings, you can hire an electrician and save yourself the trouble.

**Q: Where can you buy an adapter 3/4 inch down rod for this fan**
A: That's an awesome question!  We were having ours installed on a 14' ceiling so needed a 48" to 60" rod.  lampsplus.com will allow you to customize your fan order when you buy, but I didn't see this option at amazon.  I could not find a 3/4" rod ANYWHERE retail.  You know what I did?  The fan we replaced also used a 3/4" rod that was white.  I took it down, sanded it lightly, and sprayed with oil rubbed bronze Rustoleum paint.  It's beautiful, I didn't have to wait for a rod to ship. I saved around $50. If you have an existing rod that is the correct length, then use that. Otherwise, may have to write to the vendor or try lampsplus.

**Q: Blade options for size and color?**
A: Only what are in the description.  After that you'd need to buy whatever color in the correct blade length if you want alternate. Or paint then with Rustoleum

**Q: How does one reverse for moving air downward?**
A: The manual reverse switch is located on the motor housing.

**Q: Can you change the light cover to white instead of the cream?**
A: This fan is only offered as described and shown.

This fan a beautiful, quiet and effective! When installing it in a 120 year old house, it presents a plethora of problems to work around. If you are replacing a fan, I think installation would take 45 minutes. We did have a tech issue, called the vendor and were told a technician would call back, but it has been 2-3 weeks and nobody ever called back. Also I found the fan/light should not be on a dimming circuit. Before I removed the dimmer, the fan buzzed terribly and the light flickered. When I removed the dimmer all was good. I’m not thrilled that it is remote control only but that is what the world is coming to.
