Why is the photo paper always jammed?

This Paper is very thick ,300g 15.7mil, 0.4mm. Please Check your printer can work well with the very thick paper firstly, then use high quality and professional Inkjet Printer. And please check to make sure that the printer feed rollers are intact.

Why does the print Smear, or Never Dry, or can be Rubbed Off?

This issure usually caused by the printer ink.Our photo paper is only for dye ink. Print with the Paper Type set to Photo Paper and the Print Quality set to 'Standard'. lf it still doesn't work, please go to your order and click 'Get Product Support'

Why does ink become smudge when touched?

First check if your printer printed on the correct printable side. As a next step, make a print and allow it to dry for up to 10 minutes. Normally the print should be dry within 30 seconds.
