I'm purchasing a few more different jams to see which I might like best.This applies only to the Rhubarb jam, which I'd originally given only three stars:I was disappointed in the lack of tartness because I like that about rhubarb, and this was just a little too sweet for me. But others in my household like it fine - it does taste okay, seems healthy and well prepared, and it's not overpriced like so many of the specialty jams - I will continue to eat and enjoy it.
