Bliss Pumpkin Powerhouse Resurfacing Face Mask - Clean Beauty, Cruelty-Free

I bought two masks. Hope this is helpful. 1. Pumpkin Powerhouse Mask: - Basic Info: Cost effective, smells amazing (pumpkin smell) easy to use, delivers results. - Basic Formula Info: Both a chemical (enzymatic exfoliant from fruit and AHAs in the pumpkin puree) and physical exfoliant (lemon and rice microbeads) that are gentle but very effective. I do not notice any irritation/burning/tingling from this mask. Also has Shea which is rich in Vitamin E and sodium hyaluronate for hydration (think hyaluronic acid) - Use If: You have build-up on the surface of the skin and/or are looking for a smoother, radiant complexion. - Why I Use It: If I notice a bunch of little white heads, that tells me I have some buildup on the skin that is trapping oil and acne causing bacteria. I need to treat the surface, decongest pores, and hydrate my skin to reduce oil production. I will also use if I notice my skin looking dull. - How I use it: Apply the mask and let it sit for 10-20m. Then, I splash my face with warm/tepid water to reconstitute the mask and gently rub the mask in problem areas (usually T-Zone) to exfoliate. I use a soft cloth to remove and rinse. **Use SPF after using exfoliants!** - Does it work?: Absolutely. Especially when used in tandem with the Mighty Marshmallow mask. 2. Mighty Marshmallow Mask: - Basic Info: Same as above. It is cost effective, it smells great (sweet, citrusy, lemon smell), and I notice results. - Basic Formula Info: Marshmallow root to calm/soothe/balance the skin, Zinc PCA to reduce oil production and calming redness, and antioxidants Vit C and Olive leaf to help with oxidative stress. - Use If: Your skin is dry, dehydrated, and/or dull. Or, if you just want to relax and wear a mask! - Why I Use It: I use it when my skin is dehydrated/dry/tight, breaking out, and uncomfortable. - How I Use It: I love to use it after the Pumpkin mask because I have exfoliated my skin and want to calm and soothe it (Again, I do not notice any irritation from the pumpkin mask.) While my skin is still damp from rinsing the pumpkin mask off, I slather this one on quite thick, let sit for 10-20m, and rinse with tepid water and a soft cloth. - Does it Work?: Absolutely. This mask calms and soothes my skin really well. I also notice decreased redness and an even tone.

Bliss pumpkin mask made me feel like I was going to a spa. The fragrance is great. The mask left my skin glowing from the first use. I found it very effective for glowing skin.

This mask is a good quality for the price, as it works very well, though it does cause some weird tingling the first few minutes you leave it on. However, it doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin very much, but leaves it nice and the mask has a nice texture

I have oily/acne prone and somewhat sensitive skin. This did tingle some as the directions state. Nothing crazy. It smelled good. Skin was soft after and no new breakouts the next morning. I think it did brighten my skin some too I’ve only used it once but I like it a lot!!

🎃 Oh. My. Gosh. 🎃 I *love* this mask! I have used it once a week since I got it, (it’s my little Monday ritual) and got four uses out of it (applying a “thick layer” as directed). There is a slight pumpkin scent (obviously, I guess 🤷🏻‍♀️), but it faded rather quickly after application. I did a allergy patch test first; a spot on my forearm and a spot between my ear and hair. Once my skin gave me the go ahead, I slathered this on the next day! I find apply with a brush to be the easiest way to use it. I have *very* sensitive skin, eczema, and severe allergies and had no issues which made me so so happy 😃 I have one complaint, or more or a request… PLEASE MAKE THIS IN A BIGGER POT!! Also, I find rinsing it off to be a little bit of a two-step process which may help others. Hands and cloth! I rinse off as much as I can with my hands. I then use a wet bamboo wash cloth and go over my whole face, and my hair line. Then one last rinse because it feels nice, not that another rinse is needed. I have found that if I don’t use the wash cloth, my face will get a slight orange hue. But hey: maybe that’s just me lol I’ve turned orange from two many carrots 🥕 Enjoy this product! I love the pumpkin mask, I’ve bought and used all of it twice! I’m just wondering why the price has more than doubled in 6 months? I bought it previously for $12 and $13.

Smoothing effects from this mask as soon as I wash it off. The scent is wonderful, like an autumn day. It does not irritate my flushing rosacea. I notice brighter skin and I enjoy the gentle exfoliation. Doesn’t make the skin feel tight or excessively dry. I use it before bed a couple times a week.

I bought this product because I got my first facial ever and I got absolutely ROASTED by my aesthetician. To sum it up much nicer than what she said to me… my skin was extremely dry causing break outs and fine lines, and I needed to be exfoliating 2-3 times a week with something that contains “small beads.” I like this product because the beads are fairly small and don’t feel too harsh on my skin. I also would say it’s sensitive skin friendly. I have eczema on my face and this doesn’t seem to make it worse as long as I don’t scrub it on those broken out areas. To use it, you clean your face, pat it dry and then apply a thin layer for 10 minutes. Then when you are ready to rinse it off, first wet your hands and rub your face in gentle circular motions for a couple of seconds. Then fully wash it off. I will say it makes my skin extremely smooth and my cheap drug store make up looks a lot better after using this product. It also seems to be lasting a lot longer than I thought for how small the container is. (I think I’ve had it for 2 months at this point and it’s about half way gone). My only issue is it has a pretty harsh chemically smell rather than a pumpkin smell.
