Anna and Sarah Dried Crystallized Ginger in Resealable Bag 3 Lbs

Great quantity and quality! Mostly I use for ginger scones but I find myself time and time again, grabbing a slice and munching on it. Delicious and tender.

I looked at a lot of Ginger products before deciding on this one. Turns out it was the perfect choice for me. The size of the pieces is perfect. The ginger it self is not too strong or weak. I'm very happy with this product and will buy again when needed. Oh ya, I got this for some belly/gas issues I was having and the ginger put me right back to normal. This is now part of my every day routine (two pieces). It really works and is a tasty treat too!

Got the product and is really good. Flavor is great and you know your eating ginger. It's soft, has a nice color, basic ingredients, in ready to eat pieces and of course has many health benefits. Price was also good for 2 lbs.

I bake a lot and my husband LOVES ginger. I had purchased this brand years ago and needed new. While it wasn't exactly the same I'm adjusting to this batch. It is more thin (which actually is easier to cute) and the flavor has more of a gingery bite. Working well in my cookies, etc.

Delicious crystallized ginger in a 3 pound bag. Need I say more? I think not. I eat ginger every day and buying the little bags I can find locally gets expensive. Ginger is so good for you and I love it. Been eating it and drinking ginger tea since I was a kid. This is good stuff in a convenient big bag.

We have been long-time fans of ginger in its many forms, often with a knob/thumb of fresh ginger root in the fridge or shredded in the freezer. We recently moved and I couldn’t find any crystalized ginger at a good price. I needed it for a recipe I was preparing for Thanksgiving, so I decided to search on Amazon. This #3 bag works well for us, stored in the fridge. Just ordered our second #3 bag, so we’re satisfied with the product and price point. Chopped with kitchen scissors into a “doctored cranberry sauce,” cooking allows it to soften (mixing cans cranberry sauce— jellied and whole berry, ginger pieces, fresh orange juice and zest, dash cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg). Served warm or chilled. It’s also great in “Holiday Oatmeal” too (my husband’s term; craisins, chopped crystalized ginger, chopped pecans, dash of cinnamon and cardamom all added to pot of water to boil before adding oats. Topped with B&B butter and cream). Of course, crystalized ginger is great in cookies, and dipped in chocolate. With the sugar rinsed off but still sweet, it can be chopped and mixed into savory/rice dishes (with onions, celery, red bell pepper, etc). Versatile.

Very nice we haven't been able to find any from our place of shopping because of tariffs. It is very tasty and the amount is good so can last longer.

I usually buy Reeds crystallized baby ginger chews at my local mart, but wasn’t able to get out so I decided to try Anna and Sarah’s brand. They weren’t bad, but the ginger taste wasn’t as strong and a slight aftertaste that I haven’t experienced with my regular brand. The slices were reasonably priced, but I’ll pay the extra for Reeds I buy from my local food mart. They weren’t bad, but had additional additives (citric acid and sulfur dioxide), where the Reeds brand was just baby ginger and cane sugar.
